不用客气， 要涂芦荟时， 先涂一小部位， 等几分钟后， 看婆婆的皮肤会不会发痒难受。 如果有这样的反应， 就把芦荟汁煮开后放凉再用， 效果不会减低。 一般我都不用煮过就用， 因为我们都可以适应， 但毕竟婆婆年级大了， 肌肤老化干燥会比较敏感， 所以要比较小心使用。 希望婆婆会很快康复。

                  Nutritional balancing program

Whenever a person makes enough positive changes in diet and/or
nutritional balancing
so that the body releases toxins, those toxins can sometimes be felt as a "healing reaction." A healing reaction is NOT the same thing as a side effect of a medication or an allergic reaction.

    给喝草汁保健的朋友,喝了一小时去睡觉应该没甚么问题，我有读过资料说：叶绿素汁会在20分种内完全被身体细胞吸收。。。

    给患重病朋友就担心消化慢而水肿。。。

左后脑生了一个脑瘤（良性），4x6cm, 鸡蛋那么大粒，压着神经线，开刀又大风险，因长在后脑神经线，随时瘫掉。所以我选择其他办法，不开刀。试了好多种草药，都没反应。

我现在有吃50片优草+青苹果大约2星期。。。
