不能开asp.net(visual basic.NET 2003)

我安装了VB.NET 2003..可是不能开asp.net...
不过vb可以开。。。请问是什么问题呢？

当我开firefox打http://localhost的时候
出现这个
Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.
我是用sql server 2000
WIN XP SP2

對啊。。IIS installed了沒？
如果沒有，就去control panel->add/remove programs->add/remove windows
components 吧。。 |

对啊,没有install IIS 就没有web server, 就不能用ASP.net 了 |
