当饮食无法控制血糖的情况下，吃药是唯一的选择。
没错，吃药不是万能，但在这情况下，不吃药就万万不能。
血糖控制不好，却不吃药，肾脏反而坏的更快，还有眼睛、血管的问题，在5年内肯定出现。

我哪里敢不吃药,上次见过鬼,还不怕黑meh.
害到自己还要吃多一种药,血压一直乱,后悔下.
不改都不行,不想自己的所做所为使到遗憾终生

楼主试过不吃药？那就要按照医生的吩咐，不要乱来咯。之前我中学有一位老师，糖尿病严重了还不注意，结果一个礼拜，眼睛就瞎了。

不是不吃,是一次过吃5粒,吓死医生,....

吓死护士,...怕..
不敢了,我也不知道那么严重.
现在都跟着sistem,不敢乱来了

我之前看到brochure也是吓到一跳，不过如果没有记错，其实也是从一种小苦瓜extract 出来了，市面上其实也是有了的，至于有什么不同就不懂。 另外一个产品是diabegard.

其实几年前已经有类似的trial 乐，不过比较小型，所以市面上已经不新了， 可是可能着一个产品用的extraction tech.比较不同。

至于有没有效，我相信石油的，可是当然不能和药物比较，可是对于borderline的病人，这是一个选择。

对于正在吃药的病人，会不会造成hypo则需进一步的研究。（可能已经有答案，不过必须找一找）。

问题是hor，insulin是属于peptide，怎样逃过由胃secrete的胃酸？不会denatured吗？

An earlier trial suggested that oral insulin might delay type 1 diabetes for about four years in some people with autoantibodies to insulin in their blood. Animal studies have also suggested that insulin taken orally may prevent type 1 diabetes.

多数是on type I diabetes，没什么result on Type II

为什么不试试通过sublingual呢？这样不是更快？

近几年才开始存在就表示是可以口服的咯，不一定100%是注射的。
但我讲又没有人信。
很多年前也是有人讲抗生素近几年才开始存在，但so far资料很有限。

只有某些可以口服，大部分的胰岛素口服是完全无效，因为会被胃酸消灭掉。
因为主流不是用口服的，so far没看过医生给口服的胰岛素，所以你被shoot也还可以理解的。
