Contents	:	Thisis to advise the holders of 2000/2010 Warrants of YTL Power that theprice payable (“Exercise Price”) in respect of each new ordinary shareof RM0.50 in the Company upon exercise of the Subscription Rights asper Appendix A as adjusted in accordance with Condition 3 of the ThirdSchedule of the Deed Poll dated 13 March 2000, as amended bySupplemental Deed Poll dated 18 June 2004 (“Deed Poll”) constitutingthe 2000/2010 Warrants, will be increased from RM1.17 to RM1.19 for theperiod from 11 January 2009 to 8 January 2010. The Exercise Price in respect of each new ordinary share of RM1.00 eachis required under the provisions of Appendix A of the Deed Poll to beincreased annually by 4 sen from the first anniversary of the date ofissuance of the 2000/2010 Warrants i.e. 11 January 2000. Consequentialto the subdivision of one ordinary share of RM1.00 each into twoordinary shares of RM0.50 each as approved by the shareholders of YTLPower on 8 June 2004, the increment to the Exercise Price of 4 sen pershare was correspondingly adjusted to 2 sen per share. IOI的贴也是一样卡卡卡。。。我已经向版主报告了，都没有解决。。
