鐵道情懷【北婆羅洲懷舊蒸汽火車之旅】

North Borneo Steam Train Journey 2015

今年1月时，定了一趟【北婆羅洲懷舊蒸汽火車之旅】，全家人去赴一趟【北婆羅洲懷舊蒸汽火車之旅】，给母亲一个惊喜！我和姐姐又可以绵怀小时候，外公外婆带我们回老家巴吧（Papar）坐火车的情景！我们有9位成人和2位小孩，我们其中2位（成人“导游”和小孩“3岁以下”）免费。

一家人的【母亲节】之旅，不过行程走到一半，机械发生故障，所以四小时的全程之旅，只走了两小时，费用减半(50%退款)，旅程吃了一个早点，茶点和午餐。

马来西亚唯一一辆和仅有还在行使中的观光怀旧蒸汽火车，体验是无价的。

只有每逢星期三和星期六才有【北婆羅洲懷舊蒸汽火車】旅程。四小時。一趟只限载80人。

注意！2015年4月1日起，有附加了GST后的新收费。我们是1月时定的，所以是旧收费（没有GST）

PRICING INFORMATION

The steam train runs every Wednesday and Saturday and is priced at:

RM318.00Nett per adult (Inclusive 10% and 6% GST)

Child RM159.00Nett per child (Age 3 to 12 years) (Inclusive 10% and 6% GST)

Complimentary for children below 2 years old

Inclusion:

The fare is inclusive of Continental breakfast and Tiffin-style lunch. For guests of Sutera Harbour Resort, the fare is also inclusive of complimentary return transfer from the Resort to Tanjung Aru Station.

这辆蒸汽火车是英国著名Lancashire-based Vulcan Foundry Limited火车制造商，在1954年最后一列蒸汽火车头定单，做了这辆后，它们转生产电动和柴油驱动的火车头。

The Vulcan Steam Locomotive - North Borneo Railway

Manufactured by Lancashire-based Vulcan Foundry Limited in the United Kingdom, was brought to Sabah by the colonial-administered North Borneo Railway in 1954.

The Vulcan built 3 Locomotives for North Borneo Railways and these locomotives were the last steam order built entirely at the Vulcan Foundry in Newton-le-Willows in 1955.
