说实话，是非常难的。不会日语的话基本上很少地方会聘请你工作。学历不高的话，申请工作签证就比较难。但是目前马来西亚到日本的旅游签证已经免除了。你还是可以试看来日本找人介绍工作，通过的话要他们帮你办工作签证。
