has, had, have, got

请问has, had, have, got如何分别？

TENSE
present tense= has , have
past tense= had

subject verb agreement

has is used for singular
e.g. He has a fancy car.

have is used for plural
e.g. They have cars.
     I have gone to the church.

after has have had was is......( verb to be), we must use past participle tense or gerund
e.g. Have you seen my bag?
     We were taken aback.
     I am eating.
     He had gone out.

Tense
present=get
past=got
past participle=gotten

e.g.What do you get ?
    I had gotten a pen.
    I got your meaning.

my house contain three bedroom.

还是两个都错?

contain那个verb也好象需要加s...
不懂是吗。

我个人觉得可以用has或contain....

My house has three bedrooms.
My house contains three bedrooms.
It has different meanings.

subject must agree with the verb.thus, if the subject is singular ,we must use sigular verb.

The past participle of get is got(BrE) or gotten(AmE)

Bear in mind,if you are asked to write using british english,don't you write have gotten.

Present perfect= has/have + past participle
Function=It shows completed action.               
                I have had enough.  Had is the past participle of have/has.
                He has got the car.
                They have got plenty of assignment to do.
                They have been killed by the bomb.
         
Past perfect=had + past participle.
Function=it showed completed action.

Usually we use past perfect together with past simple.(Combination of tenses)

Yesterday,i finished my assignment.
i slept.

After i had done my assignment(1st action),i slept(second action).


*There is no time expression in perfect tenses!

I have done it yesterday. (what kind of english is this?)

correct one should be...I did my assignment yesterday.

I think i have explained it already.

You should refer to the combination of tenses i have written.

I did my assignment already.

-I did it yesterday (correct)
-I have done it(correct)

i had done it yesterday is wrong.
it should be replaced by i did it yesterday.
Because there is no time expression in perfect tenses(present or past).

As i have written to you,the past perfect usually comes together with past tense.

原来如此。谢谢。我的英文实在是太差了。。。。 现在是搞清楚了，可是恐怕以后又会忘记。毕竟平时很少用英文。。。。

依我看：
present perfect 就好象，中文里的＂已经＂

exmample:
I have closed the window.我已经关了窗口。（并没指我关窗的动作）
I closed it 2 hrs ago. 我二个小时前关窗口。（这个就特别的指那个关窗口的动作）

如果 present perfect, 是从＂现在＂这个point in time，来讲"已经＂
那
past perfect, 就比较复杂点。。
因为你是从＂现在＂这个point in time, 来讲回"以前"的那个point in time 的"已经＂

就比如说我说 十年前我那时"已经"有一辆车。。
i had had a car 10 years ago.
