分享，net send GUI tool

如果MSN不能用，在公司又想与其他人chatting，可以用这个。
只是个普通的net send（windows built in, 不过不是GUI based的），不必输入“net send xxx ...”，直接在空白的部份输入要chat的话就可以send了。
这里：simple net send

I   = user on the LAN. 要传送给LAN网络里的用户。
II  = the input message to be send to the user at "I", you can use those strange character that is not allow in the Window build in net send. 要传送于该用户的的message，可以使用Windows里被禁止的特别character。
III = the time that you wanna send to the user at "I". 要传送多少次给该用户。

* the "refresh network" just to refresh the network see whether who join the LAN. Press "Net send to user" to send the message to the corresponding user. 如果网络有新的用户加入，请选用“Refresh network”来加入新的用户名。还有，如果你们要用multi line（就是说多行字），可以按着“Ctrl / Shift”键然后再按“Enter”键，它就会跑去新的一行了。（把滑鼠停顿在白色的空格里可以看得到提示）

当message成功传输给该用户之后，会看见以下的图案：


p/s: type "Esc"键可以直接把message里的text清除掉。

注意：只限于有网络用户才可能用得着。

對於要使用net send的人，的確帶來了很大的方便。
