Admin Executive
*Training provided
Job Scope:
  • Prepare Invoices and purchase invoice key into accounting system SQL and POS
  • Book keeping
  • Assist in inventory and price list prepation
  • Answer phone enquiries
  • Recording office expenses
  • Maintaining the condirion of the office and arrange for repair if necessary
  • Petty cash administration and banking
  • Issuance credit and debit notes to clients
  • Daily deli sales and event sales date entry

Requirements:
  • Minimum one year scretariat. administrational experience
  • Fluent English - written and speak
  • High school completion
  • Good to excellent computer operational skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe)
  • Highly efficient and organized work habits
  • Excellent phone manner

Packages:
  • Basic salary : RM2500
  • Overtime allowances


Location:
  • Deli Cafe in Changkat, Bukit Bintang (walking distance from Monorail and MRT)
