“宝宝的手指上都是水泡” 家有宠物者请注意！

刚出生的宝宝通常免疫力比较差，遭细菌感染的几率也很高。然而，很多家长都因为疏忽，没有在第一时间发现宝宝遭感染，而耽误了及时诊治的时间，导致情况加剧。

近日，网友Alex Fernandez通过面子书发布了几张图，可以看到其侄女的手指与指缝间都长满了小水泡，让人心疼不已。据他透露，3个月大的侄女被医生诊断感染上了疥疮（scabies）。


什么是疥疮？
疥疮是孩童身上最常见的皮肤病之一，尤其是6岁以下的幼童，在开发中国家、热带气候地区相当常见。它是一种难以根治的传染性疾病，也号称“七年之痒”，症状多数影响全身，但也有可能只有影响某小区块，像是手指、手踝、脚踝等。疥疮造成的全身搔痒，常常在夜间变得更加难耐。疥疮除了搔痒，皮肤上也会形成丘疹。因为疥疮非常的痒，患者常常因为不断搔抓造成破皮，导致细菌感染、伤口恶化。


疥疮是怎么引起的？
疥疮源于疥螨或称疥虫，所以只要和带有疥螨的人体、床垫，或是动物如猫和狗等等密切接触，即容易患上疥疮。不过，第一次传染后疥疮后当时没有症状，得等到4至6星期之后才会开始发作，所以患者是需要追溯在出现症状前至少一个月的时间中，和谁进行了亲密接触。


Alex Fernandez因此在帖文中提及，家中有养宠物者，一定要随时保持环境的卫生整洁，并定期为宠物清洁身体。

據我所知剛出生的寶寶免疫是最強的。。。
半歲以後才最危險。。。
所以開頭的剛出生時的寶寶免疫很差是不准的。。。
不要亂誤導人。。。

With today’s treatments, scabies need only cause short-term distress.

Contact with an infested object such as a towel, bedding, or upholstered furniture.

You cannot get scabies from an animal that has mites. Only humans get this type of scabies.

Most people will not get scabies from a handshake or hug. The skin-to-skin contact must be longer for a mite to crawl from one person to another. Adults often get scabies through sexual contact.

看肤色不像华裔，如果是的话就要赖狗了。

无论人或宠物，都应该保持身体的清洁；
如果疥疮是经由接触感染，人，宠物，床等可让疥虫生存的东西都应该要注意，
若要杜绝源头，baby应该在无菌室里由机器人照顾。
既然这不可行，乖乖维持家里每位成员，每个角落的整洁吧。
