现在大陆permai也出现super link house，占地面积 22 x 92，建筑面积 22 x 60。这个应该是 20 x 60 占地，楼高四层？

四层有lift还好啦，只是lift应该很小，两个人站进去都很不自然的那种。

单看发展商老板的料，这个屋就值几个m了

土地有限，向上发展在所难免，这几百万的屋子，电梯已经是标准设备，应该打着"拥有独立隐私"的特点来卖就很好。我的没有电梯，已近感觉到累了，可能我也老了。
