Here is the main feature of kaodim.com
1. Search for service by location
2. Match with service provider. Service provider apply for the job by entering a quotation
3. Then system will notify service seeker with quotations by the service to be reviewed. In kaodim.com case, the quotations sent from service provider will be limited to 5 quotes which means that the quotation is most likely based on first come first serve basis.
4. Service seeker reviwed quotations and react on one of them.
5. Service provider can create a profile stating what service do they provide.
