Terminal Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze     customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of     customer satisfaction to provide appropriate support for same.
  
• Provide     solutions to partners and customers and ensure effective deployment.
  
• Coordinate with     partners and manage all after sales inquiries.
  
• Provide daily     support to service centre and call centre and provide resolutions for all     customer inquiries according to virtue policies.
  
• Ensure     compliance to all practices and procedures of organization.
  
• Manage and     provide efficient distribution of all communication for proactive customer     services.
  
• Analyze     processes and procedures and identify all customer satisfaction issues and     perform all preventative and corrective resolutions.
  
• Develop and     maintain knowledge on management system and provide feedback to sales and     marketing teams.
  
• Assist manager     in ensuring smooth operations of after sales service area.
  

Requirements:

• Strong customer management skills.
  
• Strong network knowledge.
  
• Good     communication, customer service and problem-solving skills are essential. Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills     are necessary.
  
• Good written and     verbal English. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an     added advantage.  
  
• Candidate must     possess at least a Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,  or equivalent, in any field.
  
• At least 3 year(s) of working     experience in related filed is required for this position.
  
• Preferable senior level in     customer service or equivalent
