很正常的啊,进口东西要看是什么东西,如果是电子的可能会豁免进口税,但是超过一定数目也是要缴消费税 (因为他们当做你是买来做生意的)
其他国家也是这样做的,这个是挪威的进口税和消费税:
Overview
Import duty and taxes are due when importing goods into Norway whether by a private individual or a commercial entity. The valuation method is CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), which means that the import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the complete shipping value, which includes the value of the imported goods, the cost of freight, and the cost of insurance. In addition to duty, imports are subject to sales tax, and in some cases to excise and other import fee.
Duty Rates
Duty rates in Norway vary from 0% to 25%, with the average duty rate at 1.06%. Some products can be imported free of duty (e.g. books, laptops and other electronic products).
Sales Tax
VAT is levied on imports at a standard rate of 25%, or a reduced rate of 14% on some commodities like foodstuffs, on the sum of the CIF value, duty and other taxes if applicable.
Minimum thresholds
Imports with a CIF value up to NOK 350.00 are exempt from duty and VAT. This does not apply to alcohol and tobacco products. |
