这是一封3个人读，3种见解的信？！

我公司是经营Complex的。就是把Complex里的单位租出去，收取租金的。
刚开始经营时Indah water的charges才几十令吉一个月，
后来突然charges暴涨至RM4000++。
我老板要我去Indah water要求重新调整它们的charges，
经过几个月的交涉终于得到突破性的进展。
为了避免先入为主的印象，影响各位大大的判断，
所以先不解释。
以下是信的内容

Your enquiry pertaining to the Excess Charge imposed for the
above mentioned Sewerage Account refers.

Kindly note that we have recalculated the excess water charged
for the period from Jan 2013 to November 2014.

The credit adjustment of RMxxx.xx will be reflected in your next bill.
