检控官应该是最了解法律程序的人。  但居然可以造成沒依據法律程序規定。。
结果如何早就知道了。

个人认为， 一旦案件被上訴，检控官应该阻止被告离开。 或书面告知14天内不能离国。
但是，上有政策，下有对策。。。。。

GEORGE TOWN: A 25-year-old engineer was fined RM7,000 by a magistrate’s court here for careless and inconsiderate driving which resulted in the death of an air stewardess in 2010.

Tan Chia Hui (left) was also ordered to pay RM4,000 in compensation to the family of the deceased, Ng Sweet Yuin (right), 27, who was a Malaysia Airlines stewardess.

Tan pleaded guilty yesterday to the amended charge under Section 43(1) of the Road Transport Act, which carries a maximum fine of RM10,000 and maximum jail term of a year.

He was originally charged with reckless driving under Section 41(1) of the same Act which carries a jail term of up to 10 years and a maximum RM20,000 fine.

Tan was charged with committing the offence at the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Express-way at 3.06am on Dec 2, 2010.

In mitigation, Tan’s counsel Baljit Singh said his client had admitted to the offence, which was also his first traffic offence here.

“On that night, he had gone to the Shell petrol station on the expressway and turned right when coming out. He should have turned left. By turning right, he unintentionally drove his vehicle against traffic.

“He immediately stepped on the brakes in a bid to stop his car before the collision. He did all he could to avoid it,” he said.

Baljit Singh added that Tan was back in the country from Australia, where he was studying, at the time of the offence.

He said Tan lost his scholarship from the University of Adelaide as he had to attend the court hearing here.

Magistrate Sri Pracha Nanthini Balabedha ordered Tan to pay the fine in default seven months’ jail.

She also ordered him to pay the compensation under Section 426 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Deputy public prosecutor Mohd Faisal Md Noor prosecuted the case.

It was reported that Ng died on the spot after her Perodua MyVi was involved in the head-on collision with the Proton Satria driven by Tan on the expressway.

Ng’s father Ng Choon Sum, 56, and mother Thniah Poh Choo, 55, who were present in court yesterday told reporters they were not satisfied with the decision.

Thniah said her late daughter was the younger of her two children. Ng’s 34-year-old brother is in Kuala Lumpur.

“It has been three years since her death and I’m not over it,” she sobbed.

Tan paid the fine and handed the compensation amount to the court to be handed over to Ng’s family.

原来找不到被告就可以撤消提告，malaysia boleh~~~

根据这样的推断，
下次交通警察上门要给我SAMAN，
我可以左闪右避不要见他/不要签收，
这样三次过后这SAMAN就无效了。

检察署只是忙安华的”屁股案“就忙得不可开交了，
