How to waive the penalty intere on late payment of final balance amount to se...

Dear All,
SOS ......I need advices. Being bullied by both the banker & lawyer. It is the first time that I bought a sub sale property recently. The final loan amount has been delayed and not released to the seller till one month ++ now. Both the lawyer & bank are tai chi and pushing the delays to each other saying it is not their fault. Due to the delay, the lawyer forced me to settle them the full payment of the legal fee even though the whole process was not finalised and my key not collected yet. How am I going to protect myself & not being a victim to swallow & absorb the 8% daily interest ? Thanks.

如果delay不是你那方面所造成的,那你可以要求卖家不收你的penalty.你可以问你的loan lawyer到底在哪一方面出问题?
是卖家的银行redemption letter慢出还是其他问题。一定要问清楚咯,因为你有给钱loan lawyer替你做东西的嘛。 |

Thanks. The delay is due to my bank which didn't send the Letter of Instruction to my lawyer early for starting their job. The seller side sent all the things on time. I am just worried the bank will tai chi and say it is not their fault and debit my bank account in advance for the penalty interests. What can my lawyer do in this case ? It is between me & my bank. Please advise. |
