工程收益重新计算 合力Q3 净利飙1.53 倍

（吉隆坡18日讯）合力（Merge，5006，主板建筑股）截至10月31日第三季，净利飙涨152.84%至57万9000令吉，大大高于去年同期的22万9000令吉。

合力在文告解释，这是因为公司重新计算工程的最终结算价，进而调整工程竣工后所带来的收益比例，才造成当季盈利较上财年大幅增长。

同时，单季营业额也从2007万8000令吉，年增36.95%至2749万6000令吉，每股盈利则有0.86仙。

首三季方面，净利报149万4000令吉，或2.23仙每股盈利，较去年同期的88万3000令吉扬69.20%；营业额则从1亿1487万1000令吉跌至7411万7000令吉，跌幅35.48%。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡15日訊）股價遠遠落後每股淨資產值的合力（MERGE,5006,主板建筑組）獲買盤推高，一度漲19.5仙或59%至52.5仙，惟成交量不多。

無論如何，該股探高後迅速回落，閉市收38仙，漲5仙或15%，全天成交量只有49萬6千股。

抽傭經紀認為，合力股價大漲或與投資者積極找尋被低估股項有關，但考量交投不活躍，該股今日大漲或只是曇花一現。

“同時，合力業績表現仍然波動，每股淨資產值雖高，可其實許多涉足產業業務的企業皆如此，不能單憑這點認定該股遭低估，而是必須考量其他因素，如資產架構、業務展望等。”

（吉隆坡11日訊）合力（MERGE，5006，主要板建築）子公司獲東海岸經濟特區發展局（ECERDC）頒發總值1億5796萬令吉合約。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，子公司Mewah Kota私人有限公司早前獲得東海岸經濟特區發展局頒發合約，合約內容是為彭亨一座水務處理工程進行建造和完成工作。

根據該報備文件，這項建築工程預計需要花費148週完成。

這項工程預計會在2017年1月16日完成，料可積極貢獻公司收益。

The construction period is for 148 weeks. The Proposed Project is expected to be completed by 16 January 2017 and it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group. 末季营业额按年飙涨1.26倍，至4797万4000令吉，上财年同期为2122万8000令吉。

累积全年业绩，该公司的净利按年增加6.9%，至382万8000令吉，上财年为358万令吉；营业额则从上财年的1亿3610万令吉，按年滑落10.3%，至1亿2209万1000令吉。
