前上诉庭法官：大马华裔必须准备好面对马来社会的“报仇”

全国大选结束后，由于国阵成绩不佳，大马华裔成为部分单位的怪罪对象。前上诉庭法官诺阿都拉（Mohd Noor Abdullah）今日警告，随着华裔在大选中背叛马来人，华裔必须准备好面对马来社会的“报仇”。

他今午在一场选后论坛上，批评华裔背叛马来裔，多次获得全场鼓掌与欢呼。

这场论坛题为“后第13届大选检讨会：穆斯林的领导与生存”，是由玛拉工艺大学校友会与半岛马来学生联盟所联办。

“华裔背叛了马来人的友谊，这是真的，因为他们在获得经济力量后，还图谋争取政治力量。”

前上诉庭法官莫哈末诺阿都拉（Mohd Noor Abdullah）日前主张，政府应该鼓励马来人和非马来人通婚、引进爪哇人以增加巫裔人口比率，以及阻止非马来人和原住民通婚，以巩固马来人与回教统治力量的言论，已经引起反弹。

反贪会投诉委员会主席莫哈末诺（Mohd Nor Abdullah）今天坚称，他从没有听说有人投诉反贪会拒绝调查泰益，或者将它列为“不作进一步行动”的案件。

他更指控提问的记者形同 “钓取证据”，已违反印刷及出版法令。

莫哈末诺是前上诉庭法官，他如今领导反贪会的五人投诉委员会。他今天出席投诉委员会年度报告发表记者会受询时，作出上述的回应。

Mohd Nor was the judge who had found then Kota Melaka MP Lim Guan Eng and present Penang chief minister guilty under the PPPA over a leaflet linking then Malacca chief minister Rahim Thamby Chik with an underaged girl in 1999.

Lim subsequently served an 18-month jail sentence and was banned from active politics for five years.

When reporters tried to corner Abu Kassim again, who was seated next to Mohd Nor, the chief commissioner deflected all the questions by repeating time and again, “When there is a complaint, it will investigate.”

I am somewhat shocked at the seditious remarks publically made by former Court of Appeal judge Mohd Noor Abdullah. There is substantial element of sedition in the following words uttered by Mohd Noor at the forum titled, “GE13 post-mortem: Muslim leadership and survival” organized by the UiTM Malaysia Alumni Association and Gabungan Melayu Semenanjung held at the Premiera Hotel today,

“The Chinese betrayal towards the Malay's hand of friendship - that is true. Because they plotted to seize political power even though they have already have economic power”

The judge went on to warn that Chinese Malaysians must be prepared for a backlash from the Malay community for their betrayal.
Mohd Noor unabashedly went on to add,

"For the Malays, the pantang larang is to be betrayed, because when they are betrayed, they will react and when they react, theirdendam kesumat tidak tersudah。When Malays are betrayed, there is a backlash and the Chinese must bear the consequences of a Malay backlash”

Mohd Noor goes on to compound the position by saying Malays has thus far been defensive and if they were to go on the offensive, the should demand for the creation of more Malay reserve lands, including in the cities.
He goes on to add,
"The nice term would be called 're-organising society' but the crude term would be for Malays to emigrate into the cities so that we will own the houses together with others and not only be able to just look at them,"

"Arrange it in such away, that from today on, every businesses would have a 67 percent share ready for Malays to be taken up at any time,"

There is no doubt Mohd Noor has used language which is extremely provocative. What he has said amounts to sedition.

I call upon the police to have the necessary report lodged against Mohd Noor with a view to his being charged for sedition.

在马来西亚，种种对华裔的有理没理的指责，已经太多太多了，麻木了。。。

一个有法律知识的前法官，竟在公众面前公然发表挑衅和种族威胁言论，简直是“罪加一等”！
目前华人都未必入阁，何来图谋争取政治力量！？
难道我们华人真是要像老一辈人一样默默亚忍！？

我非常希望“民联三党领袖”一定要认真的对这位前法官的言论采取一定法律的诉讼，
以警示想要开始发动“种族主义者”，要知道法官的说话在人民来看是非常有“公信力”的，
千万不能再像以前那样来误导民众，由其是在缺乏正确资讯的乡下居民们，
不然他们还信以为真！
