目前我商讨到的HDB Housing Loan 是~

• Property Type: HDB Resale (Completed)
• Purchase Price: $483k
• Loan-to-Value: 80%
• Loan Amount: $387k
• Prefer Floating Rates
• Ok with Lock-in

XXXX Bank  HDB Loan (3 year lock-in)

• Year 1: 1mth Sibor + 0.80%
• Year 2: 1mth Sibor + 0.80%
• Year 3: 1mth Sibor + 0.80%
• Year 4 onwards: 1mth Sibor + 1.00% (throughout loan tenure)

1mth Sibor is currently at 0.31794%

Free~

S$500 Tang Voucher  

S$300 Ikea Voucher

Features:

- Full legal subsidy
- Free fire insurance throughout loan tenure  for the House
- Interest Offset feature whereby 2/3 of your deposits (no minimum) enjoy same interest rates as the mortgage loan and the remaining 1/3 enjoys competitive interest rates (not applicable to HDB properties)

   肯定的,所以每个人都要买屋子,买了后省了给人家租金还可以赚租金...

    你签了就无法挽回了~
我是跟SCB签的,但是,是经过一个金融公司,

金融公司是跟BANK挂钩的,你一分也不用给金融公司
换句话说,BANK给的COMM被你的金融公司和你平分了~

就是PROPERTY AGENT的COMM 被你俩平分了~
(BINSON会骂我断了他的BANK COMM的)
