（吉隆坡15日讯）柏丹（BERTAM，9814，主板产业股）宣布以1630万令吉，收购沙巴亚庇兵南邦面积约1.709公顷（约4.223英亩）的土地，并发展成为公寓住宅。

柏丹今日向交易所报备，通过独资子公司Wow Land私人有限公司，收购兵南邦一片空地发展土地，并发展成为“Idaman Residence”，涵盖2栋楼共228个单位、地下停车场、开放空间和设施，总建筑面积为约28万48平方尺。

土地租赁期限长达99年，从2015年1月1日至2113年12月31日，且距离亚庇市中心南部约9公里，及Donggongon城镇西北部约10公里。

明年3月动工

该项目的发展总值预计约1亿5500万令吉，总发展成本则约为1亿3000万令吉，预计在未来3年能为柏丹贡献总盈利约2500万令吉。

该公司点出，上述发展项目，已在2015年5月14日征得兵南邦区议会的批准，并已在今年4月26日提交发展计划重新验证申请，目前正等待批准，料明年2月杪可获得。

“预计明年3月开始工程，并在2021年1月完成；将通过内部融资或向银行贷款进行收购。”

柏丹称，这项收购符合公司专注在亚庇发展项目的策略，同时为了确保可负担能力，迎合中等收入群的需求，公司计划将该土地发展成较小单位的公寓。

此外，亚庇市中心依然是沙巴的商业中心，加上房屋需求和人口提升，料这项发展项目的认购率令人鼓舞，从而提振公司的房地产业务。【e南洋】

On 15 December 2017, WLSB entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Jumat Bin Laiyo to acquire Lot G Land for a total cash consideration of RM16.3 million.
