    被匪徒打劫了负担更大！ 也可能有生命危险！ 那更得不尝失！ Access Card and Responsible Security Forces 是必要的！

Thank you for your email. If that have approved, then during you launch that time, it should highlight clearly to the buyer the future security system will be manual instead of access card. Buyer will only think that we spent that much money, should get a high technology security as this is common.


I'm not very convince during launching you need to submit type of security system to authority for approval.


I'm a civil engineer. I don't think that is requirement.


For me, to update to access card will not required big amount and spsetia should sponsor part of it as this was not highlight from your salesperson.


Imaging each house pay rm100, there should be about 200 unit there is already rm20000.


Spsetia should lead to do that or organize all the residential to meet and vote for few option to improve the security system and just let the residential vote.


Beside that, I don't think spsetia unable to sponsor. Spsetia is a listed company and to install a access card system to the residential should not be a big deal. This will help to improve your image and sales after service is excellent. We are your potential buyer for future development and also can help to recommend to friend.


Please consider this seriously and highlight to your management seriously.

   我们的算普通而已。。你要看grand的就要去另一边，Orion，Forte哪里看。。很hightech的说。。

8th avenue风筝草场对面的是墙围的。。也好过我们的了。。而且还是accesscard的。

级别不同，百万的屋子，保安费也贵，保安自然好一点。

另外，8avenue只部分水泥围墙，就靠近店屋咖啡店的部分。

住区有围篱已经足够了！

最主要的是要有责任感的保安团队！ 还有住户们必须互相照顾和守望相助！

Bukit Indah 必须定时检查Indah Park四周围篱的素质， 如有损坏必需马上换新的！ 还有装修一下Guard House, 让JAGＡ有个比较好的环境工作！　还有在Ｇｕａｒｄ　Ｈｏｕｓｅ加几部ＣＣＴＶ应该不需要市议会批准吧！　
请大家一起ＰＵＳＨ　ＢＵＫＩＴ ＩＮＤＡＨ 为 INDAH PARK 做点事吧！

嗨!我是24/10的!真的很感谢你们也有去complain我们这里的保安!我还以为只有我有去feedback这个问题罢了!现在真的有改变了!晚上那些保安也有做工了!请问你们有没有觉得外面的大路要进来有点不方便?每次从bukit indah 1回来都要"偷鸡"走shortcut还要怕给警察看到被捉....真的很不方便和危险喔!!不懂我们这里的屋主也有这样的感想呢???有任何意见可以改善吗??

大家应该为这个问题去SP office feedback一下!不走shortcut就要到红青灯那边U-turn真的很麻烦和浪费时间勒!haiz.....除了这个进出口就没有别的!每次要经过别人的家也不太好吧!那些旧居的屋主也很可怜喔!放风筝里面那条新路不能做个进出口吗?可以就好大家会方便得多!!!
