我觉得我们Indah Park是Bukit Indah 里最好的地点了,地方高, 通风, 清幽 ! 对面还有座山哦!

要是我们indah park的公园能获得妥善的保养和美化那是最好不过了!
当然保安也必须相对的提升素质!

这是上个礼拜我给bukit indah office 的电邮:

Hi,

Recently found that the security and environment of Indah Park become worsen. As a guard, they do not practice the procedure strictly when dealing with visitor. Also, we found that they is an area of fencing near Kingston II Jalan Indah 24/6 area was damaged. Then, found there are few rubbish thrown around the playground which do not being collect by MPJBT for more than a month.

As i knew, there is a number of our Indah Park residents had contacted with your customer service (Evonne) regarding this matter. We are concern about the safety issue of the Indah Park where we bought the house from SP Setia not only because of the house or location but also because of the gated & guarded service. However, during the time we purchase the house, we do not being advice what type of the fencing being used and what type of guarded service being provided. This caused us felt a bit disappointing when knew the actual situation there.

The normal green fencing, i personally felt that is not much benefit for long term which it might be easily damaged by human being. While, the normal guarded service, we have to rely on the professional and trained guard then we only will be get the benefit from them. Thus, i do agreed to have the access card system in order to make the guarded service efficiently and also simplified the task for the guard.

From my point of view, since there are few residents concern about this issue, would SP Setia mind to assist us in this issue and provide us a clear guideline to make our live environment better? Also, i am welcome you to "cc" your reply to everyone who has been contact you for this issue before.

Thank you for your email dated 24 September 2011.  We appreciate your feedback and understand your concern in the issues as highlighted by you.

We would investigate the security matters and ensure the security team heighten the security services at the area.

We wish to clarify that upon delivery of vacant possession, the common areas in Bukit Indah such as main/access roads, street lightings, parks & landscaping, garbage disposal services are officially handed over to MPJBT for maintenance and upkeeping.  Any issues related to the common areas are to be reported to MPJBT.

For the fencing at Indah Park, we wish to state that the building plans are approved by the local authority and infrastructure serving the housing development are constructed in accordance to the standards and requirements of the Appropriate Authority.

We would appreciate if you could provide us your contact number in order for us to fix an appointment with your good self to address your concerns.

We seek your kind understanding on the above.

    我个人觉得这款semi D不美叻。。。
    感觉好像带四方帽那样。。 perling 的taman sutera刚建的semi D 不错!

    那里也不见得好,这么贵的半独立式,不是水管有问题,就是电有问题,而且避雷系统也很差。每次霹雷,家里的modem,一定中招,不知道换了多少个!电线有问题,又把家里的电器弄坏了。水管裂了一次又一次,搞到家里淹水,刚刚打电话去report。。。
