On behalf of the Board, AIBB wishes to announce that the issue price of the new ordinary shares in BHB (“BHB Share(s)”) to be issued pursuant to the Proposal has been fixed today (“Price Fixing Date”) at RM3.72 per new BHB Share. The issue price is computed based on the volume weighted average market price for the five (5) market days (up to and including 13 December 2017) prior to the Price Fixing Date of RM4.2650 after deducting the interim dividend of 14.00 sen per BHB Share and applying a discount of approximately ten percent (10%). On behalf of the Board, AIBB also wishes to announce that the book closing date for the interim dividend and DRP shall be 29 December 2017. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new BHB Shares arising from the DRP will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 January 2018. This announcement is dated 14 December 2017.

（吉隆坡31日讯）BIMB控股（BIMB，5258，主板金融股）独立非执行主席丹斯里三苏丁宣布退休，并由前总审计司丹斯里安比林接任。

BIMB控股昨天向交易所报备，新上任的安比林，今年69岁，他也是环城控股（LITRAK，6645，主板基建股）的现任主席。

安比林在2006年担任总审计司至去年2月22日，早前也担任过多个政府要职，包括大马驻日本大使馆参赞，及贸工部副总监等。【e南洋】

投资收入增加 提振BIMB末季净利扬7.3%

（吉隆坡28日讯）BIMB控股（BIMB Holdings Bhd）在截至2017年12月31日止第四季，净赚1亿4964万令吉，较上财年同期的1亿3947万令吉，按年上涨7.29%。

现财年第四季净利上扬，主要是可分配收入增加，但却被更高的开支所抵消。

每股盈利从8.78仙，增至9.14仙。

除了投资存款基金外，全部投资收益上扬，把营业额从8亿6952万令吉，推高至9亿4688万令吉。

截至去年12月杪财年（2017财年），该公司净赚6亿1984万令吉，比上财年的5亿5904万令吉，按年上涨10.88%。

年度营业额则按年上升5.48%至37亿2000万令吉，上财年为35亿3000万令吉。

转移上市地位？ 回教银行潜在并购

（吉隆坡8日讯）回教银行（BIMB,5258,主板金融组）潜在进行重组计划，分析员认为，除了跟随市场步伐转移上市地位予银行，也潜在进行并购崛起成为国内第三大伊斯兰银行。

若并购料成第三大伊银

安联星展研究指出，随着国内多家银行舍弃控股公司的结构，以银行营运形式上市，回教银行跟随此重组步伐并不会让人意外。

安联星展表示，回教银行想要重组，必须确定是否要保有大马回教保险（TAKAFUL,6139,主板金融组）为其中一部份（依该行的意见，应当保留）及会否对显著大股东带来复杂的影响。

安联星展认为，一旦决定重组，还必须解决回教银行持有的伊斯兰债券，必须完全清还融资款项，这意味着回教银行可能必须发出附加股或另一批伊斯兰债券，不过此情况却可能为银行带来融资成本的压力。

安联星展认为，大马回教保险转移至伊斯兰银行业务下将更有利，主要是回教保险为该集团做出显著贡献。另外，安联星展也指出，回教银行重组不仅仅是结构性的变化，也有可能进行并购。

去年杪，有报道指出，政府有意将回教银行、国民储蓄银行和Muamalat银行合并。一旦成功，将成为大马第三大的伊斯兰银行，资产规模约920亿令吉。

大马回险7月完成重组

安联星展也指出，回教银行旗下的大马回教保险重组计划预计将于7月完成。

据金融服务法案，家庭及普通伊斯兰保险必须分开营运。安联星展指出，大马回教保险将依据要求，区分出相关营运及执照，惟相信此举将增加成本。

安联星展指出，回教银行基本面强劲，在伊斯兰银行业务上拥有利基，能够推动融资增长。此外，该银行也拥有高来往储蓄户头（CASA）比、强劲的资产负债表（能够避开净利息赚幅压缩）和更高的融资损失覆蓋比（以缓冲资产质量潜在恶化）。

安联星展指出，对于2018财政年展望，回教银行放眼融资业务增长优于领域水平，并希望净利息赚幅维持稳定、开支适中、稳定的信贷成长及融资存款比和维持稳定的资本充足。

“另外，实施大马财务报告准则9相信对回教银行影响不到，主因是首日使用该准则，资本仅受到30个基点的影响。”

安联星展预期，回教银行的信贷成本将因为资产素质，而低至20个基点，同时股本回酬率（ROE）约14%，比领域指标更好，惟市场依然没有给予符合的估值。

财务指标强劲 估值遭低估

安联星展指出，尽管回教银行拥有强劲的财务指标，惟估值依然遭到市场忽略，归咎于大股东长期持股，使得股票流动性可能不足所致。

“回教银行可以透过融资业务的永续增长，来证明怀疑者是错误的。”

安联星展相信，以回教银行目前被低估的情况，是投资者投资伊斯兰银行股的好时机。

综合以上，安联星展维持回教银行“买进”评级和5令吉目标价。

BIMB控股（BIMB，5258，主板金融股）在截至去年杪的2017财年末季，净利按年涨7.3%至1亿4964万令吉；营业额也年升7.5%，至9亿4604万令吉，归功于保险和贷款业务表现良好。

累计全年，净利年增10.9%至6亿1984万令吉，营业额年升5.5%至37亿2160万令吉。

该行放眼今年贷款增幅达8%至10%、稳定净利息赚幅与贷款成本和提高资产素质。

行家建议：

虽然我们评级与多数证券行一致，但所提出的财测高于市场，这是因为我们更看好BIMB控股在贷款增长和成本控制的表现。

该控股的缺点是流通量低，因为股东持大份额股权。

鉴于BIMB控股拥有健全的财务表现，我们相信，目前的估值已显示被低估。

若该控股的贷款增长高于市场平均，能够证明市场上的怀疑论者是错误。

我们认为，目前的股价已为投资者带来买入良机，趁低买入表现稳定的回教银行业者。

我们保留BIMB控股财测，并采用戈登增长模型估价和纳入今年账面价值预测1.7倍，维持目标价5令吉和“买入”投资评级。
