什么是memorandum of transfer?

MOT是在屋子建好后,OC拿到了,要拿锁匙时需要付的费用?
大约多少钱呢?这个款项是没用放进loan的? |

MOT 是地契转让。properties which under construction are still belong to developer, even the title is under developer name but not urs. once completed, developer will issue VP, then it's time to transfer the title under home buyers' name.
the calculation is as below (based on ur purchased price):-
RM1 - 100,000 = 1%
101,000 - 400,000 = 2%
401,000 onwards = 3%
MOT 是不会include 在loan里的,但有一些developers为了吸引buyers,就会免费MOT。其实他们已经include在selling price 了的

如果S&P签了但是 Memorandum of Transfer还没签,但是屋子被贼给破坏了,可以叫卖家修补被破坏的部分吗? |
