House Price : RM165,000.00

S&P Agreement - RM1,605.00
Deed of Assignment - RM200
CKHT 2A -RM200
Government Tax - RM120.30

Disbursement
Stamping of S&P - RM40.00
Stamping of Deed of Assignment - RM40.00
Adjudication of Deed of Assignment - RM10.00
Stamp Duty on DOA - RM1150.00 (subject to valuation)
Land search - RM120.00
Administrative Fee to Developer - RM100.00
OA Search on Vendor - RM30.00
SD on the waiver of stamp duty - RM50.00
Photostating & Printing Charges - RM80.00
Travelling & Misc Charges - RM100.00

Total is RM3,845.30
