Promakmur Development’s new offerings of two-storey link homes and semi-detached homes in Emerald, Rawang have seen good response from home buyers.
“Some 135 units of the Amberley semi-detached park homes and the Coral two-storey link homes were sold before the weekend and by Saturday (26 February), all the Coral link homes have been sold out,” said Yeow Wai Siaw, Managing Director of Promakmur, in a press release.
“The excellent response speaks volumes about the increasing appeal of the self-contained township, which will have a new Chinese school and a new shopping complex by the end of this year.”
The 1,000 acre freehold Emerald township, which is located near Rawang town, has been well received, said Mr. Yeow. Promakmur, which is a joint venture (JV) company between Hong Bee Land and GuocoLand (Malaysia), will be reviewing the Emerald enclave’s overall master plan to leverage on the township’s increasing popularity, he added.
“We will be introducing more exciting and premium homes, including bungalows and super link homes to cater to the discerning needs of sophisticated buyers and investors.”
The Amberley and Coral homes are gated communities in the township. With a gross built-up area of 1,834 sq ft, the Coral homes are priced from RM368,000, while the Amberley homes have a gross built-up of 2,357 sq ft and are priced from RM643,800.
