你的也太难了，RM483，000的SPA Fees要RM20K?
Legal Fee高， MOT才RM7300？ 还有很多无谓的Disbursement。
我看你和律师谈谈比较好， 这太多来路不明的Cost。

对我来说， SPA Fees只需：
RM 483，000 Loan 90%=RM434，700

1st 150K    （1%）  =RM1500
Next 850K    (0.7%) =RM 2331

Total Legal Fees: RM 3831
6% gov tax : RM 229.86
Disbursement : RM 1000 or less

MOT
1st 100K    （1%）  =RM1000
Next 400K    (2%) =RM 7660
Total Stamp Duty = RM 8660

Total Fees: RM 13,720.86

如果legal fees 有50%Discount就更便宜： RM11690.43
