Position 1: Credit Assessment Assistant Manager
Location: Butterworth

~ Plan and propose strategies to be implemented for team improvement
~ Ensure company’s direction & target to be implemented & carry out accordingly
~ Conduct meeting with staff to update/discuss/study on team issues/problems
~ Verify/assess/recommend loan application according to company’s credit guideline
~ Ensure applications turnaround time and approval ratio within company target without jeopardizing Company credit risk
~ Attend and solve queries/complaint from customer and merchant
~ Ensure staff in their team are well trained & implement plan/strategies accordingly
~ Recommend high financing application to higher management
~ Monitor their team daily manpower to ensure sufficient manpower to smooth operation
~ Degree Holder in any discipline
~ 1-3 years related working experience preferably in credit assessment/finance/customer service


Position 2: Credit Management Manager
Location: Butterworth

~ Plan for Manpower required to operate Collection and Recovery functions.
~ Develop Collection Strategies to achieve daily and monthly target
~ Do Training Needs for overall collection staffs.
~ Provide Coaching and Counseling to immediate team leaders.
~ Preparing and report to OM & RM on collection performance.
~ Work closely with HQ CMG, and other Departments and Branches to share and update Collection performance, strategies, analysis.
~ Ensure staffs observe good customer service and quality at work.

Position 3: Branch Operation Senior Executive
Location: Ipoh


~ Ensure smooth running of daily marketing operations and enhance efficiency and sales.
~ Planning, reporting and analyze the monthly activities and performance.
~ Training and coaching of new staffs and future successor in order to increase own capacity to assume higher responsibility in the future.
~ Conduct market research on easy payment scheme in the local market.
~ Promote easy payment scheme, execute credit card acquisition program and recruit retail shops as Merchant.
~ Educate and train new / existing merchant on Easy Payment scheme.
~ Organize and coordinate local in-house promotion with merchants and facilitate nationwide promotion.~ Ensure marketing activities carried out is in compliance with department standard operation
