《求助》请问买已经有家私的公寓比较好？还是空的比较好？

海咯！我的妹妹在subang ss19买了一间六百千，但只有1000sf的公寓。好像很贵，可是她说已经fully furniture了。可是问题是，她只是买来，五年后要卖，不是自己住的。她说developer说会起20%，请问真的那么值得买来投资吗？在kl，六百千可以买landed property了，那不是更好投资吗？请问可以指教吗？

我的意见，如果她真的要动用600K的预算，买landed property吧！反正她是投资，买landed house，并且是 freehold 的，更值得，以后（如你说的5年后）可能增值很多。

除非，她用600K 来买2间 condo 咯！

地点在那里？ 是不是 luxury-condo? rm600/sqft 这个价码不低噢，如果现在那一区的加钱还没有到这个地步，那五年后会到这个价位吗？ fully furnished 有什么用（如果你不是拿来住），要想看五年后那些装修都已经过时，那么就会成为卖高价钱的绊脚石....

如果是Damansara的话，这个价钱的luxury condo就ok。Subang区卖这个价有点过高了，不排除5年后的楼价有那么高啦。有闲钱投资或自住就无所谓。

单从600k一间condo应该被砍。不过想问这个condo之前屋主买多少？
交通如何？

老实说应该很少人会用2.5K来租屋子吧，除非你找到公司的顾客。

600K可以买有land的双层排屋了。

5年后condo会怎样没有人知道。如果管理层不好那么就大件事咯。

买都买了，就保佑它真的5年后会涨20%咯。

只是怕5年里附近有更新的condo project出来而已咯。

    哦！对咯！有位agent PM 我，解释了给我了解，然后今天中午我遇到一位顾客，他也是这么说。原来会有人可以每个月供一间豪华公寓用上约10k/month的。那么我妹妹那间，如果有人肯每个于供4k或以上，应该都很不错了吧！
