AJCC新的Shoplot - AJ Gallery值得投资吗?

各位大大,想请教AJCC新的Shoplot值得投资吗?Phase 2 AJ Gallery launched 4间standalone 蛮大间的店,1.88M以上,BU相当大,差不多等于3间店了!
感觉蛮值得勒~ 4间都快卖完了,真想也投资试试。各位大大请给些意见吧~

To be launched in July are 800 units of middle-range serviced apartments in AJ Serene and five units of 2-storey
standalone showrooms in AJ Gallery. Units in AJ Serene are priced from RM90,000 with average sizes at 850 sq ft.
Meanwhile, the developer has positioned AJ Gallery as an ideal showroom for businesses to display their products.

Yup, I see that also, been there many times already. But, still I see the potential with Econsave, 2 banks and UITM, it should be a happening place very soon. Agree with you, maybe need sometimes, or around 1 to 2 yrs to really see the development up.

如果后面的flat楼起完跟住满人,那就会有人气了。
2500间 x 3~5个人,就有大约1万新居民了。
你还打算买那个showroom吗? |

不过 Apartment 还需要些时间,希望 UiTM 宿舍不够住吧,那学生才会去住 Apartment。
对,已下定了,希望2年里有所作为吧! |
