刚刚才 interview完bank 的business loan sales exec，没有commision的， 为什么那么多人选bank sales好做的 ...

如果我去面试sale executive， expected salary放3500会过分吗?
3500还没有包括佣金，津贴等。

保险有两种。。。一种是人寿保险。。讲人家死了，家人孩子怎样惨咯。。赔一笔钱咯。。或者如果你残废了。。又有一笔钱咯。。比较难卖。。可是commission高。。30-40%,可以连续抽6年。。。
另外一种是general insurance, 每个做生意，家庭都一定需要的。。。
车，房屋火险，意外，医疗，运输，被人偷东西，打枪，火灾，水灾，机器爆炸，等等。。。15%
有兴趣当general insurance agent可以pm我 |

聽做medical device sales的senior說， pharma 比較容易做，比較簡單。他叫我一開始最好是由pharma做起，學會了基本功夫然後去做medical device的。。。後者比較幸苦，可是他說醫生比較珍惜你，因為還要加埋technical support那些etc。 他跟你的朋友一樣，覺得medical device很不錯。我有一位做dutch lady marketing的朋友（nutrition 畢業），說pharma比nutrition line好做很多。 |
