我只是给了两百块而已。还在考虑着要不要给1800。我也看过phase 2, 他们的design是不错啦。看起来很舒服。

Ivan你好，其實還沒選擇SSC之前，我已經在kepong和selayang一代看過了其它的新的condo了，包括first residence(kepong),Shypony(Bt. cave),Magna(selayang),還有一個在Batu cave忘了什麼名，18 menjalara (Kepong- 太貴了)，還是覺得SSC比較適合，价錢不會算太貴，而且是high end project，又不是commercial land，環境又好(靠近森林空氣很好)，希望你也可以成為我們SSC的大家庭。

大卫我聽說 phase 2會在5 ~6月會launch，不知道是真的嗎？

Hi Tallguy, 谢谢您的回复。我买这里都是因为要投资，将来一旦好了之后就可以租出去。我是喜欢这里的 Forest Reserve，因为一路以来都住在城市里，车又多，空气都被污染了。哈哈，如果不租的话，我应该会在SSC住下来吧。我昨天才过去SSC,也有问一问关于 Phase 2 的 Project。那个鬼佬REI GROUP 的 CEO给我看了他们的planning。感觉上是不错啦，他们会launch phase 2和一个open concept 的lifestyle shopping mall， 就好像在SS2的Jaya One。听起来好像很不错哦！

the ceo oso show me their concept of open concept shoppingmall, and he oso give me their latest 3d drawing for our security guard house and building,quite high ends concept, this is why i choose here, coz you are right, i like the forest view, coz be natural, coz now at city too many dirt and the air fresh are not good.

其实SELAYANGSPRING整个PROJECT的新图是出完来了吗??他们的进展很慢~我都买一年了~第一层都还没看到~其他BLOCK又改来改去~很乱的PROJECT.Symphony Heights,First Residence都建多少层了.担心~~~

上面那個連接是房屋及地方政府部的‘買屋者須知’忠告，
既然在這個買賣上，房屋及地方政府部都沒有涉及直接間接的利益，
那麽想必聼一聼他們的忠告肯定是沒錯的，不要再懞喳喳買層樓啦...

也不是我要特別說些什麽...
但是對於花幾十萬來買一間可能是一生人裏最大一次的投資來説,
哪裏可以隨便聼SA說說兩句（都説明是sales,最終目的就是要賣房子，還去相信？），
和隨便駕車在周圍轉轉兩個圈‘巡視環境’就懞喳喳決定？
（要是在周末巡視就更好笑，周末哪能見識到平時上下班繁忙時刻車流量的恐怖？）

但是對我來說，除了要知道發展計劃基本資料（就是那個要印在brochure後面的資料），
還有就是發展計劃附近房子行情（包括其他發展商的發展計劃），
知道在那個地區在未來幾年内的發展藍區及公共設備，
（請一天假，上下班時間在那裏轉轉幾個圈看看車流量，
花一點時間去那裏的土地局查詢索取發展藍圖，然後再看看那裏還有些什麽發展計劃，
看看那些已經建好的房子有沒有經紀挂牌要賣，打個電話裝有興趣的問下行情又不會少塊肉）
最好就是連發展商公司幕後老版的其他公司資料要查個一清二楚。
（又不是沒有看過那些建好就消失，甚至半途消失的發展商）

先小人后君子的把一切都查清楚才決定，
縂好過一開始高高興興買房子，到最後淒淒慘慘去碰壁。
