有没有人在用stand mixer?那种价钱比较昂贵的搅拌机。
目前市面上大概有两三个牌子而已，Kenwood和Kitchenaid。

我刚托朋友在美国帮我买了kitchenaid的stand Mixer,可是不知道这架东西是不是可以帮忙做面包而不需要用手knead?我最大的问题是双手没有力气捏面皮，所以狠下心肠买了这个stand mixer，希望真的可以帮忙捏面皮。

这边卖一个325瓦士的要rm2600左右。我上网直接在美国买的，美金199+13（运输）折回马币不到800块。赚到了！！美国的东西 真的很便宜，我们这边要付三倍的代价。这架是475瓦士的，bowl lifted（那个调理盆可以上下移动的），不过我买的是refurbish的货，所以便宜了220块美金。反正运输回来也是没有warranty了。

话说回头，他们的货只能运输到美国各地，我是运到朋友的美国店，然后转寄回来，用海运，比较慢，但是便宜很多。

这搅拌机应该是可以搅面包的面团，但是不可以开最大号来搅～
搅面包的面团，搅拌机都是开中号的速度，不然搅拌机很快报销～
这个美国搅拌机，它用的电压和我们不同，所以你可能要多买一个转电压器才能用～

p/s：等搅拌机寄到大马，可能会要交税～

在美国买托人扛回来？
反正都是麻烦了，为什么不买大功率（POWER）一点的呢？

如果是运回来。。
1）运费
2）课税
3）变压器(Transformer 230V~120V)
4) 没有保养。。

但是还是值得试试的。

好啊。。等搅拌机来了，我就可以玩玩。交税的问题哦。。。应该不会很高或者不会中吧！因为只买几个，一个大的货柜也不会看见这一两架东西。

最新消息，我还是无法直接在美国的网站买东西。我还是托朋友在wallmart买一架。至于transformer的问题，我已经知道了。已经有人买这个美国的kitchenAid回来，装上一个transformer，没有问题。。。所以，我还是决定；买！！！！

给你们看看这间美国公司的效率。以下是他们的回应，24小时里面给我的答复：

AMAZON除了书本。。大型机器是不卖国外的，除非EBAY。。但较冒险。。
如果是用货柜运进来的。。那可能看不到你的KA。
如果只是几台而是寄过来的。。。好像都逃不过课税。。。

我用的是牛头牌的stand mix,做面包和蛋糕都没问题，而且价钱并没有超过RM1000.蛮值得用的。

之前我听说这个牌子的不够power所以不敢买。。。就买了kenwood的。kenwood的不错很有力，可以分享一下你的stand mixer吗？请问什么是“transformer”，有什么用处的？要来怎样用？？？真"paisel"不好意思

我的是250watts而已。本来要预定的是450watts的，可是人家美国公司怕了国外的信用卡，所以本来在kitchenaid网站预定的失败了。为了方便朋友，直接在wall mart买了，只有这个款。可是我觉得不错啊，有什么不够力的？？我在这边的ESH问，店员也叫我买kenwood的，比较有力。可是，我还是喜欢kitchenaid这个国际老牌子，她是厨房的时尚，也是很实用的。如果你去她的网站，可以看见很多add on的东西，比如雪糕搅拌机，food processor等等。

美国的电压根我们的不一样，直接从美国进口的电器都要装上transformer电压机，把电压缩小或改大。
