PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 69,165,714 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH
(BONUS SHARES) IN MAMEE (MAMEE SHARES OR SHARES) ON THE BASIS OF FOUR (4) BONUS
SHARES FOR EVERY FIVE (5) EXISTING MAMEE SHARES HELD AT AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO
BE DETERMINED LATER (PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE)
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MAMEE, OSK Investment Bank Berhad wishes
to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to
69,165,714 new MAMEE Shares on the basis of four (4) Bonus Shares for every
five (5) existing MAMEE Shares held at an entitlement date to be determined
later (Proposed Bonus Issue).
Further details of the Proposed Bonus Issue are set out in the attachment
enclosed.
