不关contractor的事啦，t.i给的价钱就是这样而已。

双方都有责任吧。 TI 是不是选 tender 最低价的 contractor? 而 contractor 是不是不负责任竞标？

幸好 TI 对解决我家的漏水问题还是很积极......

目前装修有点被卡着，因为要等发展商把 waterproof 做好。

- car porch tiles
- 屋后空地打洋灰加tiles
- 所有门窗铁花
- 油漆整间屋内外
- 铁门改成foldable

我 share 一下我的：

wet and dry kitchen 做 table top (用 2x2 tiles). (sink, hob, water faucet 自己买).
wet and dry kitchen wall tiles (table top and overhead kitchen cabinet 之间)
把 wet and dry kitchen 之间的门敲大到5尺。
开洞给 ventilator
拉水管去： 1. maid room (给洗衣机)； 2. 屋后。3. garden (给 external water filter)
盖掉全部水沟，草地做 underground piping.
car porch， 屋后， 屋旁（原本水沟处和side sliding door 外）铺 tiles。屋旁原本的砖去掉。
改 gate 去 foldable，加铁轨。

这样都要差不多 20k 了，还没加铁花

另外我知道的 quotation：

stainless 水槽, 沿着屋顶: ~3k （没做，打算以后做 awning，而且要在旁边拉四支大水管排水下来，很难看）。

plaster ceiling，楼下平板 2k. 楼上 reinforce 500.

厕所 rework waterproof (起砖重做）：每间大约 1.5k - 2k.

你的这个价钱没有包括kitchen cabinet?
我quote到的只做car porch tiling 2x1, 屋后cement + tiling 2x1 都要RM13k+，好像比你的更高价。。
你每间厕所做water proof?之前有漏水？

waterproof 没自己做, 只是 contractor quote 的价钱.
master bedroom 厕所漏水很严重, 已经 push 发展商 rectify 了. 后面两间还没那么严重
你的 waterproof 一定要检查. 我的 master room 做 flooding 后, 半小时后楼下就滴水了.

我外面也是做 2x1, 比较厚的那种. 你可以问我的 contractor 价钱. contact PM你.

对, kitchen cabinet 没包. 我要另外找 carpenter 做.

看见有好几间屋子客厅的玻璃门被屋主改掉，似乎是要把可推开的门改成窗口吧？有一间似乎主人房的玻璃门也改了。
这些都被管理部门批准的吗？不是说屋子外型不可更改吗？

应该是自己搞的，没申请。TI 有跟 Management 反映，但 management 没 action.

这样可能会搞到我们拿不到 strata title

阴谋论，是不是 Management 故意让他们做完了才命令他们拆

半小时就漏水，还真的是好像没有做足 waterprofing ...
其实发展商很多都是类似靠运气的，做的过就过了。　
因为很少屋主会这样测试的。

对，我隔壁就跟我说他家没漏水，相信他没做flood test。
我的发展商又打了几支针，今天再放waterproof chemical, 希望可以医好。。。

想要在mainland找间屋子。。没办法槟岛的地下屋价格太漂亮了！
看了觉得这里好像不错，但是交通会不方便吗？现在排屋、半独立价钱多少了？应该上了不少吧！
还是有什么project在mainland不错的可以介绍吗？谢谢哦！

asas murni projek still have some units. u can try to ask asas dunia.

我觉得这里交通还可以吧...视乎你常往哪个地方去咯.若是常到槟城,那就等第二大桥建好,就方便多了.

个人觉得TI屋子的品质真的是"很一般"...但3年前已买了这里,当时mainland就只有这个gated project.
一分钱一分货,不去和其他高品质的房屋比较, 这里还算ok 啦.

BM区, Jesselton Hill (DNPLand -Alma), Tropicale(Machang Bubuk) 都是 with clubhouse project. 品质很棒,环境很美,当然,价钱也是很很很棒啦! ..

还有Hillparks, BM Highland (Machang Bubuk), Sanctuary Garden(IJM - Permatang Tinggi), Orange Ville, Residence Harmoni...

听装修的说management有叫没交2k押金的屋子停工。
那天 mr tangga 也有来我的 unit 确认 aircond compressor 的位置，还说一定要 conceal. 单单 conceal 就花多一千了

挺严的 ， 还是循规蹈矩好。。。 但为什么改/封掉 sliding door  的没事呢。。。

有谁知道semi-d 的屋后铁门能不能换成木门？
