如何得到Real Estate 的执照？？

想请问要有什么条件才可以得到real estate的执照呢？？
会不会很难呢？？ |

need Exam 12paper, each paper cost rm50.got 2 state,each state 6 paper.after exam work 2 year in Real Estate Agency,each day need write report.Then need go board interview
Hard to get Real estate license ,only 10% pass
U got license can rent out 2k per month |
