Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | FINTEC GLOBAL BERHAD ["FINTEC" or "the Company"]- ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 9.19(26) OF THE ACE MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD | Pursuant to Rule 9.19(26) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of FINTEC is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fintec Global Limited (“FGL”), has on 12 October 2021 become a substantial shareholder of Seacera Group Berhad (“SEACERA”) upon completion of the acquisition of 31,092,400 ordinary shares or 5.16% equity stake in SEACERA from the open market. The acquisition of SEACERA’s shares were made within the period from 11 October 2021 to 12 October 2021.
As of the announcement date, the total shareholdings of FINTEC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries in SEACERA are as follows:-

The ongoing development of the gloves manufacturing facility is expected to be completed on 28 February 2022.
