Video Format for 5800
The best video format is MP4 Format with video scale of 640:360 - 640:480 SUPER© 1- Launch your Super Video ConverterThis is pretty easy. If you’ve successfully installed Super VideoConverter, you should be able to launch or open it and this is what youshould see.
2. Configuring the Output Folder of Converted Videos
If we don’t configure the output folder of videos you have alreadyconverted, its location would be “CrogramFiles\eRightSoft\Super\OutPut"
If you want to change it to a different folder, just right click on any of the white space in the Super Video Converter. This is what you should see:
Remember, DON’T click on the area where it says “Right-Click for Menu”, it would show a different menu from the above.
Select Output File Saving Management
Once you’ve selected that, another window would pop-up, showing yourcomputer’s folders. Select the folder where you want your convertedvideos to be saved. For this guide, I chose the Desktop.
3. Select the Video You Want to Convert
Drag the video file you would want to convert, on the area where it says “DROP A VALID MULTIMEDIA FILE HERE”.
If you’ve successfully selected the video you want to convert, itshould be listed and should have a check on the checkbox as shown below:
4. Import the Settings File
I’ve provided the file containing the video settings for conversion of the Nokia 5800. You may download it here – click me
Once you’ve successfully downloaded the settings file I provided, justright click on any of the white space in Super Video Converter andselect “Import (Load) A SUPER Settings Profile”
Another window would pop-up and you would just need to find whereyou downloaded TechieChips-Nokia5800VideoConverionSettings.spf in yourcomputer and select it
Once it is successfully loaded, Super Video Converter should show the following Settings:
Output File: mp4
Output Video Codec: mpeg-4
Output Audio Codec: AAC LC
Video General Options: Both unchecked
Video Scale Size: 640×360
Video Aspect: 16:9
Video Frame/Sec: 25
Video Bitrate: 816
Video Other Options: “High Quality” and “48k Audio” are checked
Audio General Options: Both unchecked
Audio Sampling Frequency: 44100
Audio Channels: 2
Audio Bitrate: 112
DVD Language Select: default
(You could do this manually and not import the Video Conversion settings file)
5. Encode your Video / Movie
Click Encode (Active Files) which is located at the bottom, and just wait for your file to be encoded. The longer the video or themovie is, the longer the encoding process.
Note: Based from the preloaded video (Batman – The DarkKnight) in the Nokia 5800, it can handle 2,121 kbps of Video Bitrateand 30 frames/sec. Being a music phone, I’m sure it can handle morethan 112kbps of Audio Bitrate as well.
So if the source video file or the video you want to convert has ahigher Video Bitrate and higher frames per second, you can adjust thesettings so you could have a better quality video. The same goes forthe audio.
