提供马电讯电缆 Opcom 控股获9250 万合约

（吉隆坡9日讯）Opcom控股（Opcom，0035，创业板）宣布，获得马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）颁发总值9250万令吉合约，以为后者供应电缆。
Opcom控股向马交所报备，其子公司Opcom电缆私人有限公司，今日已正式接获马电讯的授权书。
透过这合约，Opcom电缆会在今年9月28日至2015年9月27日，提供单模光缆和其他电缆给马电讯。[Nanyang] |

Bhd. ("OCSB") from Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("Telekom") for the Supply, Delivery, Training and Support Services of Passive FTTH System ("Contract"). On 23 May 2011, the Company announced the two (2) years extension of the Contract from 20 April 2011 to 19 April 2013. Subsequently, the Company announced a RM82 million variation order to the Contract with Telekom on 2 May 2012.
The Board wishes to announce that OCSB has signed a RM5 million Variation Order to the Contract on 28 March 2013 ("Variation Order").
Financial Effects
The Variation Order is expected to contribute positively towards Opcom's group earnings and net assets for the remaining period.
Risks
The risk factors which may affect the Variation Order include but are not limited to ordinary business risks, competition risks, operation risks, economics risks and regulatory risks.

供应9250万电缆 马电讯撤销OPCOM 合约

（吉隆坡5日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）撤销去年颁发给OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，创业板），总值9250万令吉的单模光缆和其他电缆供应合约。
争取继续合作
OPCOM控股在文告上指出，该公司是在4月3日收到马电讯发出的上述撤销信，但并未阐明原因。
董事局通过文告表示：“目前，我们正与马电讯商讨继续合作的可能。”
马电讯在去年10月份颁发上述合约予OPCOM控股子公司———Opcom电缆私人有限公司，合约期长达3年，从2012年9月28日起生效，至2015年9月27日。
资料显示，OPCOM控股与前首相敦马哈迪医生儿子———国际贸易及工业部副部长拿督慕克力有关联。
OPCOM控股的大股东是M Ocean资本私人有限公司，持权26.94%，而慕克力妻子拿汀诺兹依达则是后者的大股东。
OPCOM控股年报也显示，慕克力在该公司持股23.5%，当中的18.07%是通过EB Nominees（Tempatan）私人有限公司所持有。
而慕克力的哥哥拿督慕扎尼，则是OPCOM控股的主席。
截至2012年12月31日年的现财年第3季，OPCOM控股净利报1082万令吉，或每股8.39仙，营业额额则是8665万令吉。[南洋网财经]

马电讯撤回合约原因 OPCOM 不符竞标条件

（吉隆坡6日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）认为，OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，创业板）子公司不符合竞标过程所有必要条件，所以撤回总值9250万令吉的合约。
对于眼前煮熟的鸭子飞了，OPCOM控股向马交所表示，这将“减轻”合约原本应为集团业绩表现捎来的正面效应。
马电讯去年10月份颁发单模光缆和其他电缆供应合约，予OPCOM控股子公司———Opcom电缆私人有限公司。合约期长达3年，从2012年9月28日起生效，至2015年9月27日。
OPCOM控股当时没有阐明合约实际贡献，仅提到可提升集团盈利与净资产。
不过，OPCOM控股早前指出，马电讯在志期4月3日的信函里指出，撤销上述合约。[南洋网财经]

OPCOM 购英国Unigel 40%

（吉隆坡17日讯）OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，创业板）与香港Unigel有限公司签署暂定协议（HOA），计划收购英国Unigel有限公司的40%股权。
OPCOM控股向马交所报备，子公司Opcom Niaga私人公司有意以432万美元（约1398万令吉），收购英国Unigel的40%股权。
OPCOM控股拟多元化业务，以及扩展海外市场，所以决定入股英国Unigel。后者现为香港Unigel的独资子公司。
英国Unigel主要业务是制造和销售电缆护层与填充合成品等配备。
双方签署暂定协议后，必须在5月杪前正式签署买卖合约。【南洋网财经】
