MyEG服务是针对《The Edge》财经日报今日的报导，指该集团是内政部、移民局及管理策划单位（MAMPU）正在审查的补充服务之一，而于今早向大马交易所澄清。
根据引述内政部副部长拿督莫哈末阿吉斯的报导，政府注意到很多人投诉MyEG目前提供的服务，特别是其线上更新外劳临时工作准证服务。
“MyEG无权批准印刷外劳临时工作准证服务下的任何准证。”
该集团说：“所有在线申请均由MyEG发送给各州移民局官员批准，然后MyEG打印并提供外劳临时工作准证。”
内政部副部长昨日表示，MyEG不负责任，把投诉推卸给移民局官员。
对此，MyEG回应说，MyEG网站上有一个实时状态检查设施，允许用户检查其申请状态，必须获得移民局的批准，才能印刷和交付外劳临时工作准证。
该集团补充说：“根据标准操作程序，如果移民局官员不批准，MyEG将会通知用户亲自前往移民局解决问题。”

1. As the honourable Deputy Home Affairs Minister rightly pointed out, the online service to renew temporary foreign worker permit (“PLKS”) are provided as part of the Electronic Government Services (“E-Services”) initiated by the current Prime Minister under the Multimedia Super Corridor (“MSC”) flagship application. The PLKS service is provided under a parent contract of the concession for the E-Services, which was signed in May 2000 after MYEG was successful in its bid through an Open Tender;
2. MYEG does not have the authority to approve the printing of any permit under the PLKS service. All online applications are routed by MYEG to the officers of the Immigration Department in the respective States for approval before MYEG prints and delivers the PLKS permits. Hence, MYEG is unable to complete the processing of the application if it has not been approved by the authorised officers of the Immigration Department; and
3. On MYEG’s portal, a real-time status checking facility is readily available whereby users can check the status of their application. If approval is pending from the authorised officers of the Immigration Department, the users will be notified by MYEG to go to the Immigration Department in person to resolve the outstanding issues as per the Approved Standard Operating Procedure.
The Board would like to reaffirm that providing a reliable and efficient service to MYEG’s users is always the Board’s top priority. All complaints are taken seriously and the Board constantly reviews the Company’s performance with all stakeholders to continually enhance and upgrade the level of service provided to all of MYEG’s users.

大马竞争委员会（MyCC）接受MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板科技股）更新外劳准证系统的调整，即刻撤除每日罚款7500令吉的处分。
MyEG指出，有关罚款截至目前已累积至964万4700令吉；该公司已偿还了641万2200令吉。
MyEG董事部认为，公司已完全遵守大马竞争委员会以及仲裁庭的判决，但针对罚款而向上诉庭提出的上诉法律程序将会继续。
行家建议
这对MyEG而言绝对是好消息，大马竞争委员会接受更新外劳准证系统的调整，也就是结束双方长达4年的对峙。
假设上诉成功，则公司可注销先前经支付的约640万令吉罚款，有助推高2019财年每股盈利2.1%；反之，则将冲击每股盈利减少1%。
新一年聚焦新服务，即线上为新外劳登记，相信将是未来两年营业额的催化剂；每名新外劳注册可为MyEG带来约2000令吉的平均营业额。
政府还未公布今年聘请新外劳的限额，一旦确定，该公司即可开始为新外劳注册。
我们预期，MyEG在2019至2020财年，平均每年可注册5000名新外劳，敏感分析显示，若额外有1万名新注册，则可激励这两个财年每股盈利，分别增3.2%及3.3%。

The Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to inform that the Malaysia Competition Commission (“MyCC”) has accepted the changes made by MYEG and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “the Group”) to its online foreign worker renewal system. MYEG was notified by MyCC via its letter dated 4 March 2019 subsequent to several meetings which were held with MyCC earlier.
As such, with the acceptance of the changes made, the daily penalty of RM7,500 will cease with immediate effect. Penalty up to the date of the acceptance amounted to RM9,644,700 of which MYEG had paid a total of RM6,412,200.
With the acceptance by MyCC, MYEG’s Board of Directors is of the view that the Group has fully complied with the decisions made earlier by MyCC and its Competition Appeals Tribunal (“CAT”).
However, the appeal which MYEG had filed to the Court of Appeal will continue. MYEG had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decisions made earlier by MyCC and CAT and to appeal against the penalty imposed by MyCC.
MYEG wishes to reiterate to all users that the changes required are in relation to the user interface of the Group’s portal and does not affect the ongoing delivery and provision of all its services.
