Further to MY E.G. Services Berhad  ("MYEG" or the “Company”) announcement dated 12 August 2015, and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s (“Bursa Securities”) query letter reference number IQL-13082015-00001, we set out our responses to the same :   Reply to Query 1:- There will be no additional shares issued pursuant to the completion of the Shareholders Agreement as the existing shareholders of Car X Services Sdn Bhd (“Car X”) being MY E.G. Capital Sdn Bhd (“MYEG Capital”) and Jason Chan Ling Khee (“Jason”) will transfer their shares at a consideration price of RM1.00 each to Bridge Barn Media Sdn Bhd (“Bridge Barn”) and dilute their respective shareholding.  As such, the eventual total issued and paid-up share capital of Car X will remain at RM1,000.00 divided into 1,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each upon completion of the Shareholders Agreement. 截至6月30日末季，营业额涨27.4%，报4506万令吉，累计全年，净利增长36%，写6814万3000令吉；营业额攀涨28.8%，报1亿4151万7000令吉。

派息1.4仙

末季营业额增长归功于线上更新外劳准证的服务，而线上更新汽车保险、路税也一并推动表现。

Remarks :

MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）2015财年营业额年增28.8%，净利也按年写36.5%的涨幅，归功于经济规模扩大，以及线上更新外劳准证业务的显著贡献。

派发每股1.4仙的终期股息，全年共派出1.9仙，派息率33%。

行家建议
2015财年净利表现，仅达我们预估的92%，主要是5月在全马开跑的外劳准证业务，有些许延期，相信是为了处理一些未解决因素，但现在已经顺利全面运作。

外劳准证业务会是公司的一个转捩点，因目前国内有250万合法外劳，非法外劳却高达400至500万。

同时，政府也计划在未来1至2年，引入150万孟加拉外劳，这将会激励公司营收。

此外，大马在美国的人口贩卖报告，被列为第三级观察名单，相信政府也会积极解决庞大的非法外劳问题。

服务税监管系统（CSTM）从原本的3月底，延迟至今年迟些时候，但至今也还未听闻任何新发展，应该是公司先专注在解决外劳准证业务。

登记非法外劳取决人数 MyEG：合约未敲定价值

（吉隆坡9日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）指出，由大马移民局颁发登记非法外劳的项目，还没有敲定价值，将取决于非法外劳的登记人数。

该公司是于上周五（4日）从大马移民局手中接过委任书，负责国内非法外劳的登记工作。

文告指出，这项合约于本月4日开始执行，直到明年3月4日，暂时没有续约的条件，不过在合约截止后，可向政府寻求批准更新合约。

该公司估计，这项目能贡献净利和捎来新的收入来源。

另一方面，联昌国际投行研究分析员指出，这项合约将有助于推动外劳更新准证的次数。

该公司的缴足资本，也将从原有12亿210万2000股或1亿2021万200股令吉，增加到最多24亿420万4000股或2亿4042万400令吉。

红股计划估计2个月完成，也需要在股东大会上寻求批准。

行家建议
最新的红股计划，对我们来说是意外惊喜，因为该公司最后一次红股计划，是在2014年11月，当时也是1送1。

我们相信，红股计划能够激发散户对该股的购兴；根据上周五2.72令吉闭市价，红股除权后的价格将是1.36令吉，对散户来说比较能够负担。

在我国，红股计划向来被视为正面消息，即使公司的基本面没有改变。

目前，投资者眼下的焦点，应该是网上外劳年度更新工作证（FWPR）服务的推出。

MyEG造成多方伤害　竞爭委会建议罚款

（吉隆坡6日讯）马来西亚竞爭委员会（MyCC）指MyEG服务有限公司牴触2010年竞爭法令的情况下，使用其本身是唯一提供与管理线上更新外劳临时僱用证（PLKS）或外籍劳工更新准证的服务单位，优势位置。

委员会说，MyEG服务有限公司在相同的交易，落实不一样的交易条件，可能会影响到商业竞爭。而根据对MyEG服务有限公司的调查显示，多个方面对此提出的投诉。

「调查发现，MyEG服务有限公司已对强制保险政策的销售竞爭水平，造成了伤害，包括外劳保证险(FWIG)、外劳住院与手术计划（FWHS）和外劳保险（FWCS）。」

「提供线上更新外劳临时僱用证的MyEG服务有限公司，也在市场上与其他的保险公司竞爭。」

大马竞爭委员会於今日发佈文告表示，它建议对MyEg服务有限公司採取30万7200令吉的罚款，並且追加MyEg服务有限公司未能遵守的每日1万5000令吉的罚款。

终止强制保险协议

委员会提出补救措施，分別为，MyEg服务有限公司必须立即终止有关强制保险现有的代理协议，和不得进入类型代理协议性质的领域。

另外，MyEg服务有限公司必须提供有效的途径让所有的保险企业能够在相同的水平上销售强制保险。

文告也提及，委员会在法令的允许下，拥有向各企业提高全球营业额10%罚款和提出任何补救措施的权利。【东方网财经】

We refer to the article appearing on the STARONLINE on 6 October 2015, wherein Malaysia Competition Commission (“MyCC”) proposed to impose:- 1.    A financial penalty of RM307,200 for infringing Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2010; and 2.    An additional penalty of RM15,000 for each day MYEG fails to comply with the following remedial actions: (i) the MyEG Commerce to terminate the existing agency agreements relating to the mandatory insurances and shall not enter into similar nature of agency agreements; and (ii) the MyEG to provide an efficient gateway to all insurance companies selling the mandatory insurances which allow them to compete at the same level. MYEG wishes to clarify that at this juncture, the proposed decisions are not final. The Management will review the proposed decisions with our external legal counsel and will submit a written representation and will make an oral representation to MyCC within the specified period of time to defend against the allegations made by MyCC. （吉隆坡7日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）遭大马竞争委员会（MyCC）指控并罚款的事件，可能导致该公司今明两年的净利萎缩21%和19%。

联昌国际分析员指出，这是个负面消息，因为该分析员早前预测，MyEG的外劳年度更新工作证（FWPR），以及强制外劳保险更新合约，将是今明财年的主要收入来源。

昨天，大马竞争委员会（MyCC）指控MyEG有损行业公平竞争，抵触了2010年竞争法令第10条文，因此建议罚款公司30万7200令吉及作出相关纠正。

该委员会建议纠正的事项，包括MyEG终止本身的强制外劳保险代理合约，并不再签署同样形式的代理合约；还要为所有销售有关强制外劳保险的公司，提供一个具效率的门槛，让业者公平竞争。

假设无法及时对这些事项作出纠正，MyCC建议每天罚款公司1万5000令吉。

保险业务赚幅50%

根据法律，MyCC可向它认为抵触有关法令的机构企业施以罚款，罚额可以是有关企业全球营业额的10%，同时可指示这些受查者与违法者作出纠正。

目前，MyEG正与2至3家保险公司合作，为外劳提供强制保险更新合约；预期有90%的雇主通过FWPR网上服务，为外劳更新保险。

分析员说，假设MyEG把保险更新合约，开放给所有保险公司，相信使用公司服务的雇主，将减少至50%。

“而政府也会为此设立一个标准的保费，若保险业务的净赚幅为50%，MyEG今明财年净利，将分别萎缩21%和19%。”

并非最终裁定

针对MyCC的指控，MyEG昨天也发文告指出，MyCC目前作出的是建议裁定，并不是最终裁定，公司会征询法律意见，向该委员会提呈书面和口头陈情，并作出辩解。

分析员估计，若根据亚洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主要板贸服）和大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主要板贸服）的案例，相信MyEG和MyCC之间的问题，将需时2至3年才会解决。【南洋网财经】

竞争委员会建议开罚　MyEG：没显著影响

（吉隆坡9日讯）MyEG服务有限公司（MYEG，0138，贸易服务组）预计，大马竞争委员会（MyCC）指该公司滥用在网上更新外劳准证服务的主导地位，并建议开罚30万7200令吉，不会对截至明年6月30日止的2016财政年带来显著的财务和营运影响。

MyEG服务在致给大马交易所的宣布中称：“（这是）鉴于管理层将证明竞争委员会的指控是毫无根据的，且将尽最大的努力，与该会友好解决这些指控。”

如果该建议是最终决定，该公司表示，建议处罚也预计不会对财务有显著影响。

“尽管如此，对营运的影响无法在此刻确定，直到与竞争委员会敲定补救措施。”

竞争委员会周二指出，由于接获多方的投诉，在今年初对MyEG展开调查。

“调查发现，MyEG服务已经损害销售强制性保单（FWIG）、外劳住院与手术计划（FWHS）和外劳保险（FWCS）的竞争，因该公司也在该市场与其他保险公司竞争。”

(Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 6 October 2015) We refer to our announcement on 6 October 2015 pertaining to the Article appearing in the STARONLINE on “MyCC to fine MyEG for RM307,200 for infringing Competition Act”. The Company wishes to further announce that the Company had received a notice by MyCC which was served to the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary MyEG Commerce Sdn Bhd (“MyEG Commerce”) on 6 October 2015 on the proposed decisions which set forth MyCC’s assessments and reasons (“Proposed Decisions”). MyCC initiated an investigation on MyEG and MyEG Commerce based on complaints received alleging that MyEG had abused its dominant position in the provision and management of online Pas Lawatan (Kerja Sementara) or (“PLKS”) (“Foreign Workers Permit”) renewals. Pursuant to its investigation, MyCC allegedly found that the Company together with its subsidiary, MyEG Commerce had harmed the level of competition in selling of mandatory insurance policies for online PLKS renewal applications, namely the Foreign Workers Insurance Guarantee, Foreign Workers Hospitalisation and Surgical Scheme and Foreign Workers Compensation Scheme, which MyEG through its subsidiary MyEG Commerce is a participant. MYEG would again like to clarify that at this juncture, the Proposed Decisions are not final. The Management will review the Proposed Decisions with the external legal counsel and will submit a written representation and will make an oral representation to MyCC by 18 November 2015 to defend against the allegations made by MyCC. At this juncture, in the opinion of the Board of Directors of MYEG, the Proposed Decisions are not expected to have significant financial and operational impact on MyEG for the financial year ending 30 June 2016 given the fact that Management will prove to MyCC that the allegations are unfounded and in their best endeavour will work towards resolving the allegations amicably with MyCC. In the event that the Proposed Decisions are final, the proposed penalty is not expected to have significant financial impact. Nevertheless, the operational impact cannot be ascertained at this juncture until the remedial actions have been finalised with MyCC. This announcement is dated 8 October 2015.

外勞漂白或月杪開跑‧MYEG料進袋1億

（吉隆坡5日訊）非法外勞漂白計劃將可能在本月杪開跑，分析員預期MYEG服務（MYEG,0138,主板貿服組）2016財政年營收將可增加1億令吉。

麥格理研究日前與數家外勞代理接觸後表示，代理多認為非法外勞註冊行動將會在本月底進行，他們已開始向部份非法外勞雇主進行註冊前的程序。

分析員認為，這項行動可以為MYEG服務在2016年帶來約1億令吉的營業額。

發SIM卡予外勞

根據麥格理研究和代理的談話得知，進行註冊的非法外勞會獲得MYEG提供一張SIM卡作為身份證明，這張SIM卡和普通的電話SIM片沒有多大差異。但麥格理相信MYEG服務會利用這張SIM卡進行預付卡的交叉銷售（Cross Selling）活動，在電訊消費上獲利。

麥格理估計，目前大馬有250萬非法外勞，MYEG有可能為多達100萬名非法外勞進行註冊。同時，據瞭解此准證並沒有新固打限制，准證會根據預定的條件批出，因此MYEG若能在限期內完成越多非法外勞註冊則越有利。

根據以上因素，麥格理研究調高MYEG財測，預計2016至2018年的每股收益會增加2至31%。由於具強勁成長潛能，MYEG的本益比估值會從2015年的52倍降至2017年的14倍，因此麥格理繼續給予MYEG“超越大市”評級，目標價也從3令吉17仙調高至3令吉85仙。（星洲日報／財經）

有競爭，才有進步

最近手上有持有MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主板貿服組）股票的股東們想必會笑得樂開懷，事關移工准證更新計劃又來了。消息傳出後，公司股價也跟著上漲，截至週三為止上漲了10.73%。

MYEG服務主要是提供私人界和政府電子服務，如更新路稅、執照以及為政府部門進行數據管理。目前該公司最會生金蛋的肥鵝，要算是合法移工更新證件計劃了。

以大馬目前250萬非法移工情形看來，該公司每處理100萬人的准證更新，就會為該公司帶來1億令吉的營收。可說是天掉下來的大餡餅。

但作為一家獨占政府電子服務的公司，其負面消息卻也不少。該公司在上個月遭到大馬競爭委員會（MyCC）指控公司違反公平競爭條款，強制雇主使用指定保險公司，因而被罰款。

此外，公司工作的效率也常常遭人詬病，在今年6月柔南中小型企業會長陳天聰表示，他的員工更新外勞臨時僱用證（PLKS）被拖延了五個月之多。

作為一家握有政府大筆合約的公司，其獲利十分穩定。但是精明消費者都想要貨比三家，但你若不滿意這家公司服務，剩下的選擇只能是親身跑一趟公務機關。

竊以為政府應該允許多幾家類似這類電子服務公司成立，畢竟在商界有競爭，才會有進步。政府外包一些業務都是為了提高效率，但在一個沒有競爭的市場，想要服務效率好，豈不是緣木求魚嗎？（星洲日報／財經小品‧作者：傅文耀）

（吉隆坡27日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）截至9月30日次季净利暴涨136.66%，至2849万8000令吉，较去年同期的1204万2000令吉高。

营业额则上扬至6074万1000令吉，录得119.12%的涨幅，高于去年同期的2772万令吉。

首季业绩亮眼，归功于网上更新外劳准证的交易量激增，推动该业务的需求增长，加上新收购的Cardbiz控股私人有限公司的盈利贡献。【南洋网财经】
