宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工業產品組）是家擁有強勁營運記錄的原裝設計製造（ODM）公司，專精於設計電子控制系統，如自動咖啡機電子系統，業務市場主要是歐洲，有留意科技股的投資者相信不會陌生。

過去幾年，全球經濟表現低迷對宇琦科技業績構成一定影響，淨利已連續3年走低，歸咎於銷量下滑和固定成本走高；慶幸的是，該公司仍有能力保持可觀盈利和自由現金流，加上營業額未嚴重萎縮，甚至開始在去年持穩，顯示運作仍然穩定。

值得一提的是，宇琦科技旗下子公司－－宇琦光電，針對數項產品提呈100%免稅先驅地位申請，拖延整年後終於在去年取得大馬投資發展局（MIDA）批准，未來5年內，有關產品的設計、發展和製造，將無須繳稅，這勢必對未來業績構成正面影響。

此外，宇琦科技向來以派發高息聞名，過去兩年派息率更接近100%；用2013年每股10仙派息額和截至上週五股價計算，宇琦科技週息率相當於6.94%，如此週息率如今已相當罕見。

正因如此，該公司30大股東名單內，才會以基金投資者佔大多數。

能將幾近100%利潤用作派息，背後關鍵當然在於宇琦科技擁有極強勁的資產負債表及穩定營運現金流，不僅沒有任何貸款，還持有約1億1千200萬令吉現金，相等於每股32.48仙。

宇琦新产品锁定欧买家

（乔治市2日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品股）耗资约1500万令吉，发展新变频技术和实验设备，锁定欧洲买家。

《星报》引述集团执行董事高德培谈话指，欧洲买家将可在明年获得实验设备。

“我们发展着一批可用于实验设备的全新变频技术，可比传统实验设备更有效地优化耗电量。”

他指出，实验设备业务应该可从明年起，为集团贡献营业额。

同时，该公司将把变频技术延伸至其他产品线。

派息6仙

高德培透露，宇琦科技将拨出约7%营业额，作为今年的研发成本。

对于去年的应收账款增至190万令吉，高德培说，这主要是去年11月出口累积所致。

他补充称：“我们已在今年2月收回这笔款项。”

宇琦科技为2013财年派发每股6仙终期免税股息，并于7月24日过账。

截至3月杪首季，该集团净赚1015万8000令吉，较上财年同期的845万7000令吉，按年上扬20.1%。

惟现财年首季营业额按年降低5%，至2305万6000令吉，上财年同期报2426万9000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡19日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季净赚1045万6000令吉，或每股盈利2.82仙，较上财年同期的853万1000令吉，按年上扬22.6%。

此外，次季销量滑落导致营业额按年下跌8.8%，至2318万2000令吉，上财年同期报2541万3000令吉。

该公司首半年净赚2061万4000令吉，按年提高21.3%；营业额则降低6.9%至4623万8000令吉。

宇琦科技表示，当前经济状况欠稳，可能导致现财年的销量持平。【南洋网财经】

（3）：截至2014年6月30日為止，宇琦科技的次季淨利達1千零45萬6千令吉（每股淨利為2.82仙），前期為853萬1千令吉（每股淨利為2.31仙）。惟營業額則略為下跌至2千318萬2千令吉，前期為2千541萬3千令吉。

首半年淨利為2千零61萬4千令吉（每股淨利為5.56仙），前期為1千698萬8千令吉（每股淨利為4.60仙）。首半年的營業額為4千623萬8千令吉，前期為4千968萬2千令吉。

談到業務展望，該公司認為，在目前經濟情況波動不靖的情況下，該公司預料旗下產品截至2014年12月31日為止財政年的銷售量保持平平。惟該公司還是有信心將保持有利可圖及強勁的資產負債表。

隨著該公司於8月19日宣佈上述次季業績，聯昌研究在一項剖析報告預料，該公司今年下半年的業務增長將扯平、盈利略增，主要是較低的有效稅率及出口增長平平無奇所致。

惟超越2014年財政年之後，該行認為盈利表現將改善，因該公司旗下的生物-科技產業領域盈利貢獻增加，主要是它的賺幅較高。

在進入今年下半年，該公司資本開銷增加至1千100萬令吉，上半年則僅為20萬令吉，以繼續改善其營運效率，特別是推出更新及高回酬的器材產品。

（吉隆坡20日讯）由于产品及服务的需求增加，推高营业额，加上美元对令吉走强，宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季净利按年上扬17.43%。

公司次季净赚1227万8000令吉，或每股净利3.28仙，胜于去年同期的1045万6000令吉或2.82仙。

营业额则按年上涨17.26%，报2718万4000令吉，去年同期为2318万2000令吉。

外匯賺益支撐‧宇琦科技第三季賺1092萬

（吉隆坡20日訊）由於受到外匯賺益支撐，使宇琦科技（UCHITEC,7100,主板工業產品組）截至2015年9月30日為止，第三季淨利增長6.38%至1千零92萬4千令吉，帶動首9個月淨利增長8.33%至3千345萬7千令吉。

宇琦科技第三季營業額為2千940萬2千令吉，增長18.58%。首9個月營業額為8千221萬2千令吉，增加15.74%。

派息5仙

該公司建議派發每股5仙股息。

宇琦科技文告指出，第三季營業額及營運盈利有增無減，主要是美元兌馬幣匯率走高推動；惟衍生金融工具未實現合理價值虧損則為630萬令吉，上一季則取得130萬令吉的未實現合理價值盈利。

隨著經濟情況波動不靖，預料截至2015年12月31日為止財政年其餘季度美元單位營業額保持平穩，使公司持續有利可圖，及擁有強勁資產負債表。（星洲日報／財經）
