The Trustee, upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, will lease the Property to the Vendor under a lease agreement for a lease period of fifteen (15) years with an option granted to the Vendor to renew for a further term of fifteen (15) years (“Proposed Lease”).
(The Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Lease are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.)
