一个来面授两天后就通过sms 进修的印度同胞（50岁）
9月5号：Yesterday session so good until at night sleeping also got involuntary slow breathing state. This morning race my friend up the 4th floor of stairs, less than 1 minute.
Unfortunately sprain my nerve, but at hospital, measure my bp 100/66. The nurse said this very good.
Jason Nai Jason Nai : 100/66 is too low, what's ur bp normally?
Nantha: Usual 120/70. Maybe I was semi-meditating, waiting for Dr.
9月17号：Good afternoon Mr. Nai, I won't be coming today as I have an appointment. I practiced this morning, all sort of new feelings and pains. Ver enjoyable. But walking my body feels lighter, more energy, sleep better.
9月23号：Hello master Nai, this evening I may not be able to make it, but I am very happy with my Qigong. This morning I practiced, then I walked up to 84(half way up Penang Hill), I still could go on but I worried tomorrow cannot work.
Now feeling great! Have a good day. See you all tomorrow.
9月29号：Made it hiking up Pg Hill. Whew, a sense of accomplishment.All in, 1 month fr sedantary to this, is a very satisfying achievement. Treated myself to a beer. I can feel the Chi flowing.
Jason Nai : Well, but try not to take beer or alcohol, it's no good for Qi & health.
Nantha : Master NAi, why my chi still can feel now? I want to have a snap, now feel like electric in my right foot and less in my left foot? Is this good? My body feels good, heart very calm, all ok.
10月20号：Master Nai, after the Qi Gong, let says we got other household physical activities like cleaning, etc. Is it ok to not stop the Chi but let it slowly wear off while we do the other things?
10月25号, 出现排病毒的现象了(肾脏有病灶，沿肾经排病）
Nantha：Good morning master Nai, last night about 1 hr after I practiced, there was electricity flowing in my foot and my left foot became tight. Nut after that there was a lot of toxins onthe toes and itching. It this link to the lungs？
Jason Nai : Not lungs, iy may link to liver etc. depand on which toe or toes.
Nantha : Oh, not the big toe. The last 3 toes. Till the small toe. Left foot
Jason Nai : Last toe link to gallbladder, bladder & kidneys, middle toe link to stomach.
Nantha : Oh, yes, my kidney have some problems. Have big cyst. may be tummour. Must go again for check in January. |
