暂时MAFFA有几个俱乐部，分布在KL/Selangor的几个地方罗。
KL，USJ，Setiawangsa~好像还有一个是在某所学院的。

照片啊？哈哈！其实我也想，但是没有人拿相机。

很久没有更新这里，真的有点什么.....
最近比较少上Cari。

关于马来西亚美式足球会，
最近有了几个活动，接下来也有很多活动....
因为在美国，现在才正式进入美式足球的Season

8月23日，举行了一个1-Day MAFFA Tournament。
参加7个参加队伍哦！

9月13，3-weeks ALL STARS Trainnig Camp

接下来还有Mini-League，还有11月的国际赛哦！

马来西亚腰旗美式足球会MAFFA将会在本年11月举行国际赛(东南亚)，本年会在马来西亚举办。
参加的国家有新加坡，菲律宾，泰国，印尼。

为了这个比赛，我国方面目前正在搞一个叫做ALL STARS Trainning Camp。
这个Trainning Camp是让MAFFA所有支会和新人集训，观察大家的实力，并作代表选拔。
参与的人，都可能被选为MALAYSIA TEAM，ALL STARS TEAM或者JUNIOR TEAM。

怎样？各位朋友，有兴趣吗？
不管你是否第几次玩，多少经验，还是感兴趣什么的....

今天是Trainning Camp的第一天~
总数参加的有40人以上，来自俱乐部全部支会和一些新人与Guest。

今天主要的项目是进攻组~
所有人都会跟着自己想要进入的位置的组别去练习~
有...

OL(进攻线[C,OL,TE])
RB(跑卫[HB,FB])
QB(四分卫)
还有最多人进入的组别...
WR(外接手)

针对位置做了很多不同的练习和学习，包括基本~因为还有些是新人嘛。
最后Dismiss之前，总是会谈论今天的活动如何~
而主教练都给不同的位置做了观察，选出了今天表现良好的球员~
我被评为今天表现最好的QB，真的是惊讶又高兴！爽！

这个问题很大~因为我们在KL，而且暂时总会也只有在KL和Selangor有支会。
不过JB好像有个队伍，都是中学生。

那个国际的比赛已经过了很久罗。
没有被选为ALL-STAR TEAM的，都得自己组队才能参赛~
队伍最少都需要10人吧？很可惜那时候连10人都无法组成。

2月8日，也就是MAFFA首届联赛 MAFFA Flag Football League的开始！
到目前为止，已经进行了9场赛事~已经进入第4个星期了。
这次的联赛，总共有7个队伍~
在下所在队伍是由Vanguards和我的队伍Invader所组成的Voltz，
目前排行第4。

各位，有兴趣来看看吗？
就在这个星期日，3点到7点，地点是Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa的足球场。

WE WANT YOU!!! ..... MAFFA is Recruiting new players...read on!!

The Malaysian Flag Football Association (MAFFA) would like to thank you for your support during our appearance at the SEGi College Open Day Carnival on March 21, 2009.

1. We are positively overwhelmed by the encouraging response we received during our visit, as well as throughout the year on emails and other enquiries you have posted.


2. We are inviting you to experience the game of flag football (a safer version of the game American Football) by joining us in our events & activities every weekend from March 28, 2009.


3. We will conduct introductory sessions for our new enthusiasts including:

i) Football 101 Clinics on March 28 & 29.

Date: March 28 & 29 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time: 4pm - 6:30pm
Venue: Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur
Participants: Male & Female. Everyone can participate provided their aged above 12 years old.
Fees: Free of charge (So do bring your own water)


ii) Baby Bowl (April 26, 2009. 3:00-4:00pm) : CUBS vs. DIAPERS

A Bowl Game as a prelude to the National Championship game scheduled for April 26 (Sunday).
Players for this game will be chosen from participants in the Football 101 Clinics on March 28 & 29.
MAFFA coaching staff will choose & train selected players for this exhibition game.
Fees: RM5.00 per player including use of equipments, training and field rental.
Training days are: Saturdays, April 11 & 18, 2009. (Time: 4-6pm). Taman Tasik Titiwangsa (unless otherwise specified)


iii) Cherry Bowl (April 26, 2009. 4:15-5:15pm) : CUPCAKES vs. MUFFINS

A Bowl Game as a prelude to the National Championship game scheduled for April 26 (Sunday).
Players for this game will be chosen from FEMALE participants and selected MAFFA players (Male).
MAFFA coaching staff will choose & train selected players for this exhibition game.
Fees: RM5.00 per player including use of equipments, training and field rental.
Training days are: To be Determined by each team.
Muffins Coaching staff : Represented by Subang & PJ representatives
Cupcakes Coaching staff : Represented by KL & Setiawangsa representatives

iv) Participate as spectators in our Playoffs games. A good opportunity to learn about the rules & regulations of the game of flag football. The Playoffs spans 3 weeks and will feature the Nation's Top-4 teams vying to be in the Final game.

Date: April 4, 12 & 19 (Saturday, Sunday & Sunday)
Time: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Venue: Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur
Fees: Free of charge

v) The National Championship Game (Sunday, April 26, 2009) - Venue TBD.

而防守上面，无论你什么位置....抱着把对方杀掉的心态。

心态正确，有助你的能力提升

所以自己进攻的时候，别激怒防守组....一定吃亏！
