如何扣我的贷款

小弟刚刚收到１笔小钱打算用它来想扣我的贷款(pokok)。
不过银行要求我写信，
小弟的语言很差，各位可不可以帮我写？

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter by signing thereof.

不过他们要求我写的信是等他们的批准。
等差不多１个月后才要求我入钱扣本钱。
真的不知道是什么银行。给钱还要等他们批准。

什么BANK来的? 这样麻烦. 我的拿CHEQUE去COUNTER他们还叫我自己去ATM BANK IN.
