多谢你们一路来的支持，本公司10周年纪念，为了答谢客户，特别曾送大马彩票数张，以回馈客户，希望大家能发个大财，过个开心的2008年。

4.2.2.1 关于"部"的英译党务系统的部，译作Department。如:统战部à United Front Work Department国务院下属的部，译作Ministry 如：国防部àMinistry of National Defence中央军委四总部，译作Department,如：总后勤部àGeneral Logistics Department其它社会机构的部一般均译作Department, 如公共关系部àPublic Relations Department；售后服务部àAfter Sales Department ； 住院部àIn-patient Department4.2.2.2 局的译法"局"是我国一级政府部门中用得最普遍的机构通名，一般译作Bureau, 如：纺织工业局àBureau of Textile Industry ；公安局à Bureau of Public Security；也可译作Administration，如：民航局à Civil Aviation Administration。按照功能对等的原则还可仿效美国的做法，译作Office，但目前在我国还未见有此译法。目前，在"局"的英译上存在的最大问题是Bureau和Administration的选择问题。国务院直属的国家局或总局，大都使用 Administration,其它部委管理的国家局则多用Bureau ，不管是Administration还是Bureau,中央政府内各"局"由于其"唯一性"，所以无论选择什么都可以形成自己稳定规范的译法，但到了地方，则完全不一样。如果大家都自成一体，那么就有可能使得像"上海环保局"、"北京环保局"和"浙江环保局"这些同级别同性质的机构出现内容迥异的英文名称，在我国这样一个单一政体的国度内，这显然是无法容忍的。但这种现象目前却大行其道，同样 |
