除 非他們要像foutain騙銀行﹐散戶。
以RM5。 00 ﹐ RM6。00 ﹐做出三年的成交量(符合銀行抵 押要求)
發 放好消息﹐然後股票抵押給銀行﹐銀行會以RM3。00做為他們抵押金﹐
(通常是時價一半)錢一過收﹐目標以達成﹐就放 手。銀行﹐散戶沒有翻身之地。

stockmaster u no need talk too much in this post, bcoz in their mind they only know megan is the lowest PE in the stock and they also believe megan will big big up in one day. they don't know what u talking about what is downtrend and uptrend stock.

这一期的"商海"有讲到"不动股". "不动股"的股项中MEGAN榜上有名.

身为一个投资者，本来是希望megan越跌越开心，这样成本才有机会降低，不是这样说的吗？
但是我向银行举债投资megan，结果怕margin call，矛盾中。

平时也有和朋友谈到MEGAN,当对方说要买时,我是建议她等到少过RM0.60才进.

之前在MEGAN 06年度报告看过,是说今年四月也许会分派股利息.

见第十二页;

5.5 Dividends
Assuming the Proposed Share Buy-Back is implemented, dividends would be paid on the remaining issued
and paid-up share capital of MMHB (excluding the MMHB Shares already purchased). The Proposed Share
Buy-Back may have an impact on the Company’s dividend policy for the financial year ending 30 April 2007
as it would reduce the cash available which may otherwise be used for dividend payments. Nontheless,
the treasury shares purchased may be distributed as dividends to shareholders of the Company, if the
Company so decides.

MEGAN没有进行SHARE BUY BACK,那么股息是不是就有希望呢?
如果MEGAN照05年的DIVIDEND 4CENTS来给,那DY不就是有6.7%了吗?(以MEGAN RM0.60来计算).

从这边那么多人维护MEGAN， 看的出很多散户都有股，
那么多散户的股，
要推上都不易。

个人的意见，不要见怪！

通长派息能使股价微起,就算派息之后股价跌了一点
但还是会比之前高一点.

MEGAN 看来比EON差很多。EON是大型蓝筹股，拥有大量现金可以派股息，有问题政府基金会注资，MEGAN却是负债累累，一有什么意外就会面临倒闭的公司。

万一股价不因派股息起呢？例如57sen给4sen，股价变53sen，
假设他是yeo，margin call limit刚好是53.5sen，yeo 会被margin call吗？

大股东当然会想拿出那现金，和公司持有的 EONCAP 股票，所以散户也有着数。。。

每股净现金是股价两倍。。。哇！
当时国惨车是当红炸子鸡，生意前景大好。。。

Megan on track to test resistance level

THEKuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI)  continued to hold its technicalcomposure above its major support of 1,300 yesterday. However, itsdeclining counters continued to out-pace its advancing counters by 522to 390.
The KLCI opened marginally higher at 1,308.98 points before reboundingtoits intra-day high of 1,316.13. The KLCI fell back to close at1,306.22points, giving a day-on-day loss of 0.12 points, or 0.01 percent.
MeganMedia Holdings Bhd staged a sharp technical breakout out of itsrecent congestion channel yesterday. Its daily price trend rebounded tocloseat 69 sen, giving a day-on-day gain of 7.5 sen, or 12.20 per cent.
Chartwise,Megan's daily price trend fell from its high of 87 sen onFebruary 22all the way down to its intra-day low of 55.5 senyesterday,registering a total loss of 31.5 sen, or 36.21 per cent.
Its hourly price trend staged a technical breakout of the neckline (B1:B2) of its recent congestion channel yesterday.
Subsequently, its hourly price trend rebounded to its intra-day high of 69 sen.
Its hourly fast MACD (moving average convergence/divergence) continuedto stay above its hourly slow MACD yesterday. Both its hourly fast andslow MACDs continued to stay above their respective neutralreferencelines.
Its hourly price trend is on track to stage a re-challenge of its immediate overhead resistance zone (78- to 88-sen).

The stock breached its 200-day SMA yesterday on strong volume. It may try to take out its overhead resistance next.

Immediate outlook: Yesterday, the stock climbed by more than 12% to close above its 200-day SMA on strong volume. A long white candle can also be seen on its charts. This bullish sign and positive indications from both MACD and RSI make the
stock a Technical Buy now at RM0.655-0.69. Put a stop loss at RM0.59. We expect Megan to take out its RM0.72 resistance and rise to RM0.76-0.78 next.

Medium-term outlook (2-6 months): The medium-term outlook is neutral with a strong bullish bias. Description: Megan Media Holdings Warrant-A (Megan-WA) currently has a premium of 176.8% and a gearing of 2.23x. The strike price is RM1.60 and expiry is on 13 Aug 09. The conversion ratio is 1 for 1.

Immediate outlook: Yesterday, the warrant outperformed its mother share, breaking past its triangle resistance on strong volume to close at its intra-day high of RM0.31. Based on its bullish indicators, the warrant is likely to retest RM0.36-0.38. Technical Buy now at RM0.28-0.31 and place a stop loss at RM0.245.

Medium-term outlook (2-6 months): The medium outlook for Megan-WA is still neutral with a slight bullish bias. This week’s bullish engulfing candle suggests that the bulls are ready to push prices higher. A breakout of its LT resistance at RM0.35 could send the warrant price higher towards the next resistance at RM0.48-0.50. LT players should continue to pick up the stock on weakness.
