McD Delivery
Placing Order

A call is made to service centre.
New customer's information is taken.
If an old customer is placing order, jump to the next procedure.
The order of the customer is taken.
Confirm the order of the customer.


Preparing

The order is sent to a restaurant nearby the delivery destination via reataurant intranet's e-mail.
Fax machine in used instead if the system is down.
The order is received and the kitchen crew is informed using a LCD screen at the kitchen.A countdown clock is shown on the screen to remind the kitchen crew the remaining time for them to prepare the order.


Delivering

The deliverer is informed when the order is ready to go.The order, a bill,biggest possible change(which means change for RM100 note) and the address of the customer is given to the deliverer.
The deliverer will then deliver the order according to the address.
If the address given in unreachable (which means, no such address or the deliverer don't know where the address given is), the deliverer will call back to the restaurant to confirm the address.The restaurant will call back the customer with the phone number the customer place order with and ask for either a address confirmation  or landmarks.

Closing

After the order is sent and bill is paid, the deliverer will then go back to the restaurant and close the bill.
This will show that the customer had paid the bill and a extra amount of money will be added to the deliverer account base on the number of delivery sent by the deliverer which will be paid with his/her month salary.

这里我不清楚。你可能要refer MCD.

kitchen crew only prepare all oil cooked food and other like drinks and fries will be prepare by the counter crew or the deliverer.

Delivering

if the deliverer not confirm the address, he or she will make a call before going to reconfirm the deliver location.

他们和少在半路才confirm address.
